The location is really nice. It was a little noisy at times, but nothing too crazy—definitely manageable. The food was delicious overall. I chose table service instead of the grill, and the service was great. Our server was prompt and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Everything we ordered tasted great. The only downside was the ginger salad dressing—it definitely needs some improvement. Aside from that, it was a great experience and I’d happily come back.

Our chef was fun and charming, the staff was kind, sweet and efficient. We were seated immediately after we showed up a little early for our reservation.
They have themed cups for Halloween that were so cute. I had a “bloody” mai tai and my dining partner had their non-alcoholic lychee juice and sprite mix.
Every component of the teppanyaki service was delicious. I had the filet and tuna, my friend had the steak. All three were prepared beautifully to our desired level of doneness.
I saw an online complaint about noise, but it seemed pretty normal for a teppanyaki-style restaurant. Our reservation was at 6pm, the place filled up as we ate, and the noise level was reasonable. We were able to talk and hear each other and the chef with no issue and no raised voices.
We made a reservation online on the same day for two people, so probably okay for small group walk-ins, even on a Saturday, but based upon the crowd, if you have a larger group, make a reservation. We’ll be back to try more!

Went here for the first time and had lots of fun. Coming from florida where they have Kobe steakhouse, it was very hard to see good hibachi around. But this is a hidden gem!
Also got some Halloween special drinks. That Mai tai was strong! Shout out to my hibachi chef that day Chef Henry! You’re the man! Thanks for giving us a great experience!

Came here with friends to get some sushi.
Was pleasantly surprised by the Halloween specials and presentation! The added smoke and collectible spooky cups are so much fun!
The crunch of the fried tempura was so good I’ll be back!
If you’re a fan of mango, the mango roll is surprisingly refreshing and my friends favorite!
And if youre a fan of hibachi they have 6 stations available for reservations!

I can’t stop raving about this place! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made us feel instantly welcome. The decor was charming—cozy lighting, tasteful music, and just the right level of buzz without being noisy. The food? Absolutely outstanding. We ordered the mango shrimp roll and it was cooked to perfection—rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out was the service. Our server, was attentive without being intrusive. She gave the pink drinks even checked back to ensure we loved every bite. Little touches like a complimentary dessert for our anniversary made the day extra memorable. If you’re looking for a place with soul, delicious food, and a team that genuinely cares, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

It’s hard to keep track of how many times I’ve been to Sakura Teppanyaki & Sushi! The food is just so good, and the portions are incredibly generous! The set meals, priced between $30+ and $40+, are such a steal – they each come with a vegetable salad, two grilled shrimp, vegetable and mushroom soup, stir-fried noodles, fried rice, plus your choice of a main dish! Seriously amazing value. And the staff are so attentive; they’re always ready to help with anything right away. They even host birthday gatherings there, and the atmosphere is fantastic! Definitely a strong recommendation!

The teppanyaki is mostly in the form of set meals. You can choose from a variety of combinations such as beef, chicken, shrimp, salmon, scallops, etc. Each set meal comes with a serving of fried rice, teppanyaki vegetables, salad, and soup. It’s very filling. You can also order some sushi, which will be brought to your table once ready.
Once all the orders are placed, the chef will come up with his small cart of ingredients and ask about the details, such as how well you want your steak cooked and whether you want chicken in your fried rice. Then the show begins. He’ll play around with the teppanyaki spatula, make some flames, and perform the usual teppanyaki routine.
(The pre-meal ceremony was quite elaborate. The waiter was very detailed in his explanations when taking our orders. From the time we sat down to when the chef started cooking, I think it was about 20 minutes.)

This restaurant maintains a consistently bustling atmosphere whenever I pass by, so I’d strongly advise making reservations before your visit. Last Sunday, I arrived shortly after opening and was very lucky to get a seat.
I ordered fried calamari, a sushi roll, and House Lemonade. The impressive portion sizes, featuring with a crispy golden exterior that gave way to remarkably fresh, plump squid meat. Each bite offered the perfect textural contrast between the satisfying crunch and the succulent calamari.
I highly recommend the fried calamari! I will continue to order it next time I come!
