Sakura sushi has large rolls that are quick to the table and tasty. You may want to order 2 rolls on your first round (3 is not recommended on the first round) to make sure you are good to go for more. The standard all you can eat option is a good price and includes all rolls and appetizers. I was surprised to find that the premium is the same but only includes an additional small group of nigiri, like salmon, tamago, etc. IMO, I think the premium isn’t worth the added cost when the rolls are already very large and tasty. Very important to note is that if anyone at the table orders from the short premium list, then everyone at the table also gets charged as a premium seat. Just as important to note, they will charge for any uneaten rolls, including any rice that wasn’t eaten. So take care to order a little at a time if you think you may need to. I know it is a lot of rules and strategy to dine in for sushi, but the quality of the sushi for the price is pretty good. My favorite roll here was the rainbow roll. Give it a try.

To be completely honest, I love everything and can eat anything but the food from here I had to throw out. I’m a broke student who doesn’t turn down leftovers, but I couldn’t even swallow the food. The sushi crisp part around the rice was so soggy, the fish was super rotten tasting and the gyoza tasted SO WEIRD, kind of like a freezer burn aftertaste? ! The crab Rangoon too— the cheese was so bad in it. How the heck?! Well, this stinks. What a bummer. Waste of my weekly dinner treat to myself.

Based on over 1K reviews on GrubHub with an average of 4.5 stars we thought we’d give Sakura a try. The nigiri and sushi rolls were less than great but overall serviceable. What tipped the experience from unremarkable to disappointing was the salad, soup, and Rangoon. See accompanying photos…

I ordered two appetizers which would be approximately $13 and my boyfriend got all you can eat. He ordered sushi only. He got charged for 2 all you can eat. I don’t understand why the waitress charged him like that when I said I would only be getting the appetizers. So I basically got charged for all you can eat when I didn’t even order sushi and it ended up costing me more than what the actual appetizers cost.

Miso soup was cold, shrimp tempura roll, like someone eaten it, gyoza super dry salmon roll damaged. Wasabi not expensive you can put it more. Last order in that place

I had a decent experience here. There is the added 18% which is kind of nonsense. We had all you can eat sushi for a family of 4 and a kids chicken teriyaki. If I understand the menu correctly you can only order 3 rolls per person, but I’m really not sure. Had 2 kids eating with me so I didn’t get to that point. Sushi was above average. More spicy than most but not hot. The place seemed fairly clean and we had a good time.

I’ve seen some bad reviews of this place and decided to check it out since I absolutely love sushi and it’s only 5 minutes from my house. I also have been here 8 times and have every single roll on their all you can eat menu before deciding to write this review. I’ve been here right when they open at 11:00, around 3:00 when it’s slow and for their dinner rush. Every time I’ve ordered the all you can eat menu and I have honestly never once had any bad fish from this place. It really confuses me how people seem to have such a negative viewing on this restaurant but that’s just my personal opinion. I’ve included some pictures of the sushi I received and I seriously recommend trying their mango tuna roll if it’s still available. I will keep coming to this restaurant because I love the food and it’s always fresh. The servers could be a little more attentive but they’ve never been rude to me before. Everyone also says good bye and thanks for eating their when you leave which is a nice touch.
