I found this place driving by. Was a little hesitant because no patrons around the time I went (after dinner). Ordered a couple of rolls. The flavor was good. The rolls kind of fell apart in the soy sauce and ended up with a decent amount of rice in my wasabi/soy sauce. One roll called for masago but it only came with a mild sprinkle of masago (found out later that locals don’t like the fish eggs lol) so if you do like the fish eggs tell the server and they will take care of it. Those were the only two drawbacks that drove the stars down in the rating. Give them a try!

The spicy tuna and spicy cali roll were the best followed by the spicy salmon then the dancing tuna and finally the eel roll, at $15 for a lunch with the gyoza being pretty great this is a must see spot for anyone in the area

the price, the portions, the quality are all amazing!! it’s a bit of a drive from where i live but it’s so worth it. we had a party of 6, unaware that they would close at 9pm , and they let us stay 30 min past closing to finish our food.
they also had a gluten free section to accommodate my partner and were careful with my friends shellfish allergy.

Had a party of 7, waited an hour before any food came out. Everyone got their food, and they never brought mine. Apparently they forgot to put my food in. I was on the same ticket as two other orders so there’s no reason mine would have been forgotten. An hour later he put my food in.
I will not be back, this is only the second time I have been here and the second time the wait for food has been over an hour.

Great affordable sushi. The owners are super nice and the place is friendly. . Rush hour slows things down, but it’s a great place to stop by. I’ve recommended to many and will continue to do so. They also have things clearly marked gluten free which is huge.

Food and service were excellent! Sushi tasted very fresh and my kids loved the California rolls. My husband and I ordered some specialty rolls which were also great! Wish they had Japanese sodas, though, and the decor did feel a little bit old/dated. But the food definitely made up for that. Would go again!

I went to lunch with a friend to see how the new sushi place was and we were definitely pleased! Sorry the picture isn’t great – I wasn’t intending to post it but I got the Double J Roll (among others) and oh my goodness, it was delightful – we both loved it! I’ll definitely be back. The service was great, too, our waitress was super nice. I miss Wisebird but am happy to have an amazing sushi place in the area!
