Food: this ramen just did the job. I ordered the hakata ramen with egg and corn at $2 extra. I also ordered extra noodles cuz I am a bit hungry.

Service: it’s a sit down place so you just take a table and they have like 6 ramens to choose from. Some California hand rolls. Some side dishes as well.

Ambiance: first thing is the music, I think it’s either jPOP or anime sound tracks from all over. I definitely heard one of the openings for Naruto.

Just a quick bite to eat before doing my evening errands.

We had such a great experience at Sakura Ramen! The service was absolutely amazing — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in.
The food was SO good! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The ramen had rich broth and generous portions.
What made it even more special was that they gave a little toy to the kids, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. That really made our visit memorable.
Definitely coming back! Highly recommend! ✨

We came here after finding out our usual spot was closed permanently. Sakura ramen has a good variety of ramen, bowls, apps and dessert.

We had Maria as our server, the service provided was impeccable, enjoyed the small conversations.

We both ordered the Sakura Ramen and spicy garlic edamame, seasoning of the garlic edamame was on point. Ramen was delicious.

The restroom is single stall unisex since the store itself is pretty small itself.

The best part..the to-go bowls they have separate the noodles and the broth. To me..this was really cool.

Definitely recommend this place to you reading this.

I’ve been here a few times and this last visit I ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen but with thicker noodle. To be honest there’s no difference in the size of the noodles. I thought it would be al dente but it was too soft for my liking. The broth was yummy. Now the karage was delicious. So tender and I order the 2 piece which was perfect. I also asked for a glass of red wine which the server said they didn’t have any so I OPT for the plum wine. Strange but the worker put ice in my wine. I’ve never had it served that way as it’s usually chilled. Still good.

Overall, service was good and personable.

As I walk in was greeted by staff… nice atmosphere to dine for any occasion… the ramen was great! First starters i got the eel avocado… it was delicious… then got the ramen… Pork broth wasn’t too rich and nice creamy… the chicken karaage was nicely seasoned and tender… and the last thing I got was the eel over rice… must try! Overall great place!

I found Sakura via Instagram. The waitress Kayla was very welcoming & warm. We ordered the Shoyu and Sakura Ramens. The difference between the two Ramens was that Shoyu had thicker noodles. In addition, I also ordered a side dish of Karaage (fried chicken). Both Ramens were excellent. Portion was just right. Less salt. The Karaage was cooked perfectly. Overall, I enjoyed eating here. The atmosphere felt as though I was back in Japan. Enjoyed eating here & I will be back again soon to try other dishes. Highly recommend

Wish I could do 4.5 stars for food. I got the sakura ramen and the broth is so flavorful! I just prefer noodles and chashu on the softer side but I still very much enjoyed my ramen.

I also really appreciate that they have a kids menu. My daughter really liked her ramen. She ate all the noodles and then stole some of mine

Great atmosphere and very quick, friendly service!

Definitely the best. most authentic ramen in Vegas, not just Spring Valley. The server Aina was awesome. She was informative to my friend who wasn’t well versed in ramen! Definitely order the spicy edamame and gyoza. The spicy paste that comes with the ramen is perfect. Definitely with a visit, and you’ll become a regular.

Stopped by Sakura Ramen in Spring Valley and had a really great experience. Maria, our server, was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
We actually came in right before closing, and instead of making us feel rushed, she made us feel totally comfortable staying and enjoying our meal. That meant a lot.

She took the time to walk us through some of the best options on the menu and suggested the gyoza, which was a great call. Everything she recommended was spot on. She was very sweet, checked in on us to make sure everything was good, and just had a really warm, genuine energy.

The ramen itself was fantastic. The thin noodles were perfect and really held onto the broth well. The broth had great flavor but wasn’t overly heavy or overpowering—just really balanced. It honestly reminded me of ramen back in Hawaii, which is a big compliment.

Overall, this place is definitely worth visiting. Great ramen, great atmosphere, and Maria made the experience even better. Definitely coming back.
