Our Chef cooked our food in front of us and did an excellent job. He was very talented and funny. He entertained all the kids to the adults! We had salads which were cold and crispy and I tried the ginger dressing, which was very good. They also served ranch dressing. We were having a surprise birthday party for me. We tried shrimp, scallops, steak and sushi. All the food was prepared perfectly. We will be back!

So yummy! I accidentally ordered from the old website so when I went to pick it up they didn’t have it. They were super nice getting my order in and quick I had my baby with me and they threw in a sweet potato roll which he loved! Amazing as always!

It was good, the sushi was amazing. Hibachi was great and when asked for medium rare the cook got it spot on! The pricing was really good. We got an adult steak and chicken with a kids shrimp hibachi. Plus four rolls of sushi and three chef specials and one regular.

I experienced the worst service from our hibachi chef. He made racist jokes multiple times, not only to me but to other people at the table. He also joked about my disability. Him and a fellow hibachi chef laughed hysterically while saying I looked like a turtle & how they were discussing it since we first walked in the door. No one found him funny, and the atmosphere the whole time here was of embarrassment & cringe. I told him I was allergic to shrimp & he told me to throw it on the floor or give it to my partner. I told him I was allergic multiple times & he did not care. Everyone’s food was undercooked, nobody ate their food & left it on the table. I have been here twice before & every time before I had a wonderful experience & great food. Sadly I don’t think I will be going back.

Our first real fire burning japanese restaurant, with non Japanese serving and cooking. People who was sat after us was served first i think thats because of the 18% Gratuity for my group of more than 5 people when the other had 3 people. The chef was happy and very funny. Birthday drum. The food was very good. Great atmosphere. This place still beats the one in Fayetteville but not the ones on the Islands. I will be coming back.

Favorite sushi spot near me. Only issue I’ve had, was service, a bit slow at times. But it’s always worth the wait!
