Everything here is amazing. I mean, everything! This is our go-to sushi spot that I recommend to everyone! It’s a BYOB so grab some sake from down the street at the Wine Rack and you’re ready to go. And if you’re on a date, definitely order the sushi boat for 2!

Food is great but it’s a bit pricey. For example, bento boxes are about $16 (or less) in many other NJ/NYC spots, but here it’s $25. Or a sushi boat of 18 pieces for $48. Small spot, cute ambience. They do not serve wine or beer, not even sake, which is a bit odd for a sushi ‘restaurant’ in an upscale town. For a small spot, they had about 7 chefs. This might explain the pricey factor.

This is hands down the least fresh, most inedible sushi my wife and I have ever had. We’re throwing it away. The folks there I’m sure are perfectly nice, but my god, it’s the worst quality I’ve ever tasted. I’m throwing this away, I feel like it’s so bad I’m going to be sick.

Small place but would be worth waiting for if there was a list. I was able to walk right in on a Saturday night and got the only empty table. Staff was all very nice – ordered the slection I’m the attached photo (Sakura box I believe) and it was great. My girlfriend got steak & shrimp fried rice which was also very good. Will definitely be back.

Just had my anniversary dinner here, great service from a very welcoming and friendly staff. Our server Grace came by and checked on us often but not too frequently, making sure we were having a good night. Very clean and organized restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back and try more, you can’t go wrong with any item on the menu.

I ordered dinner from Sakura with my family last night. I got the chicken cha han fried rice and ate half of it. Since then I’ve had the worst bought of food poisoning I’ve ever had. The sushi didn’t have any effect on my family, but if you’re going to order consider skipping the fried rice.
