Had the house special Pho. I really loved the broth, and the tripe absorbed the flavors very well. Broth has a bit of sweetness to it and the addition of a few spoon falls of the chili paste gave it a nice little bite(would recommend over instead of the Sriracha). Beef slices were cooked great and melted in mouth. Had more then enough to take home for another meal. Was a little chilly inside but it’s also 20° out, so not knocking them for it.

We got pho and springrolls. Food was ok but because its a Japanese restaurant maybe those options arent as good compared to Vietnamese restaurant. Pho broth was cloudy a bit salty, though portions were generous. Springrolls didn’t taste as fresh, noodles was a bit wet or slimy. Peanut sauce sucks. Maybe will try their Japanese dishes another time, but wouldn’t recommend the pho or springrolls. For what it is, its ok.

Decent combination noodles, but I would have appreciated more proteins in my dish rather than a few slivers of chicken and beef. Lots of Asian restaurant competition in this strip mall. This restaurant was empty.Taste was fine. Service was quick and efficient. My peach Boba was amazing!

Amazing people. Amazing food. Amazing service. I highly recommend. The staff is super friendly & polite. The food will melt in your mouth. In 40 years I have never tasted better food.
I had the Tonkatso Ramen with charshu pork with pork bone broth. I ate every bite & drank every single drop. The pork was as soft as a marshmallow – it had the best flavor. The pork buns…the bread was as soft as a cloud!
The server was amazing – a young gentleman who was constantly in motion & checked on us at every opportune.
I cannot say enough good things. I highly recommend.

We visited this place today, and while it looked pretty nice ю and had good reviews, we were really disappointed. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, my wife ordered the Shoyu ramen, and we also got Takoyaki. Both ramens were very bland, lacking in flavor and spices. Mine was supposed to be pork broth, while my wife’s was chicken broth, but when she tasted her ramen, it seemed like they had the same base. It felt like her ramen was also made with pork broth, even though it didn’t look like it, but the taste was very similar to pork broth.
The ramens themselves were lacking in flavor. To add some taste, I had to mix in miso sauce, sesame seeds, and various spices that were on the table, just to make it somewhat edible because it was really not enjoyable. As for the Takoyaki, they were, in my opinion, overcooked. The outer shell was so crispy it cracked, but the inside was still bland, lacking any real flavor. Overall, we were very disappointed with our visit today.

When I go to a restaurant I always check the condition of their bathrooms. The bathrooms are super clean and well kept.

This restaurant is in a strip mall in Marion NC. Simple atmosphere. Great food: Mayo Ramen Bowl with Porkloin Bone Broth (delicious one of the best we have had, cooked over 8 hrs) and Tokyo Chicken Rice. It was my birthday so they surprised me with a strawberry milk bobba drink, yum. We went early on a Friday (4:30pm).
