Absolutely beautiful food. Ate here twice and both meals were amazing. Every bite was divine. They will box it up for you too if you ask them. The staff lovely to and I felt was very reasonable price for the amount of food and flavours. Highly recommended. I had rib eye teriyaki for main and chicken spring rolls for starter. Had the same 2 days in a row.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sakura Restaurant in Sliema, and I must say that the experience was absolutely outstanding — thanks to Phurpa. From the moment I arrived, Phurpa welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and knowledge of the menu truly elevated the entire dining experience.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what made the evening special was Phurpa’s impeccable service. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, always attentive without being intrusive.
It’s rare to find such dedicated and passionate staff who truly care about their guests. Phurpa is a credit to the Sakura team, and I’ll definitely be returning — not just for the great food, but for the outstanding service he provides. Highly recommended!

been a while since I got to eat ramen. though it is not authentic one, it still tastes so good. the atmosphere is amazing like a fine dining. The staff is accommodating. I got a matcha shake too but it was not that good. The powder was not well mixed.

Mixed berry smoothie was bland.
Shared a mixed platter which was nice although some of the sushi was quite bland and lacking flavour carried more by it’s nautical presentation. Sashimi was lovely.

Very welcoming atmosphere. They have seating areas both inside and outside the restaurant. We chose to sit inside which was tastefully decorated. Food was fresh and tasty. Staff were very attentive. We had a pleasant meal there and will recommend them to everyone

Excellent Japanese restaurant. I love the Bento set. Sushi is delicious, confirmed by my Son. He is the Sushi Lover. Their Ramen is also excellent. But I like the chicken chili….soooo yummy. If you happened in Sliema Malta, try this restaurant and if you stay in Preluna Hotel you’ll get 10% discount.
