Mall chicken is a national treasure and so reasonably priced. Exactly the same predictable food that I was eating as a kid 25 years ago and in that time the price has only gone up $2. Never change, mall chicken, never change.

Food was good, but service was terrible and didn’t get what I asked. I asked for the special of the day and got the chicken teriyaki that WAS supposed to be with rice and noodles but only came with noodles and I even payed an extra 50¢ for noodles when it didn’t even come with fried rice! When I came up to them asking about it nicely, they told me that I older what I order, only noodles and no rice. Why did I get an extra 50¢ charge what was supposed to have rice and noodles and only got noodles? I specifically asked for noodles and rice together. They brushed me off basically saying that they are right and I am wrong. I thought the phrase was that the customer is always right and not wrong?? Very outrageously rude employees that didn’t want to understand what’s wrong with my food.

This is a great place to eat when you’re inside Rosemont Fashion Outlets, one of the biggest Malls in Chicagoland area.
They offer a few different Chinese options but no Crab Rangoon sadly. Their main item is Teriyaki Chicken or Teriyaki Shrimp or Teriyaki beef.
They are always happy to give out free samples and their service is very nice and friendly.
The food itself is very good and the portions are great for the price.
I recommend eating here. Its one of my gotos at Rosemont.

The staff was very nice and helpful but honestly the food tasted terrible. Definitely not what it used to be. The chicken was cold and chewy and the noodles were cold too and had no flavor. It all tasted bland. This used to be my favorite place.

I went to the fashion outlets in rosemont and made a mistake buying food at this Sakura Japanese place. The food was awful . I think the chicken was recooked and the rice was not even hot and sticky. I took some of it home . I put some Kikkoman soy sauce on it and it was still bad . I fed it to my garbage can, because I knew my dog wouldn’t like it

The food was a little bit bad, it’s a very cheap dish, huge portion but like you dont enjoy it cause youll feel like it has no taste after a while

It was tasted too plain. Teriyaki is Japanese food, but this taste is not Japanese, it’s Chinese. You can choose white rice or fried rice（＋$0.50）. I ate same type of food at the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets, it was much better than here.

Got bento box and food was decent. The price and the food was worth it. I got food for lunch and it was busy but got it around 15-20 minute wait. You see them cooking in front of you while waiting. I ordered three bento boxes, and the Spring roles for each was different. The picture one is with meat and only got one, and another had two but it’s the vegetable one. Service was fast and staff were patient with the questions.

The lady taking my order, very rude. She has dark hair pulled into ponytail. This was my first time here in the food court and at this restaurant and I wanted Japanese. I was trying to choose a drink and there was nobody behind me. She screamed at me telling me to hurry up. She kept saying “Hurry, so I can give order to cook! Hurry so I can give order to cook. ” I couldn’t see the beverages because it was covered. All I wanted was hibachi veggies, fried rice and 3 spring rolls. I don’t live here and I’m just visiting. I’m also a flight attendant in which that means at all times, I have to demonstrate patience and kindness to others, especially my consumers(people giving you thier hard earned money). I hate I’ll have to find another place to eat but I will NOT give them 1 penny and I will let all my crew friends know not to spend a dime here. I will add, I am also an African American woman, so this from this establishment, makes sense.

Incredibly great value, I love eating here every time I stop by to recharge my Tesla. I actually drive out of my way to recharge here in O’Hare location just so I can enjoy the teriyaki chicken which is so tasty. Fang has amazing customer service skills, she’s always friendly, receptive, and grateful to customers
