Not sure exactly why this place has a 3 star rating. Each and every time I go here they serve the food fresh and hot. It’s always delicious and the staff are very nice! This is the food I got today half bourbon and pineapple chicken with fried rice. For both me and my boyfriend all for 23 plus a tip.

I watch them make my plate. Then as soon as they put rice on me and my daughter plate they switch out rice with fresh rice. When we ate the rice it was spoiled. I went back and informed the crew that was working today since that was yesterday 23. When you spend ur money on a meal u want to eat a meal. I showed them my plate if my rice was bad why wouldn’t my daughter rice be bad if it came from same dish. They are ignorant and rude . They have no customer skills at all.

The only reason this is not one star is because the nice lady giving out samples was so kind. One of the men behind the counter, however, needs to work on his customer service skills. More than once he tried to rush me into giving my order, and I tried to politely let him know I was trying to read the menu. When I decided my order, I told him I would be getting two orders. He got my first order, and then promptly moved on to the next person in line. I assumed he would come back to me and patiently waited. When he came back towards where I was in line, I reminded him that I still had another order. He smiled, and then walked away. The person in line in front of me noticed that I had, at that time, told him TWICE that I wanted to order more food. I got to the register, and at that point I cut my loses and decided it was too late to order food for myself, so I paid for the food I did manage to get. To be honest, the only reason I did not walk away was because I had promised to purchase bourbon chicken for my family. I let the nice lady handing out samples know what happened. She apologized and offered to give me a free entree, but I declined, even though I was very hungry. I simply wanted someone to listen to me and learn from this situation. I sincerely hope this helps prevent similar experiences for anyone else

I am a usual at this place and always purchase the same plate; however, today was unexpected when I bit into the Orange
Chicken and pineapple it tasted rank. Yes, at this I approached the manager and she did not apologize or looked interested in my complaint, this is disappointing. Even thou’ she replaced the meal with a boba tea, my experience was distasteful from the food to the service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Side-note: food left out too long or recycled food CAN lead to FOOD POISONING!

If you’re at Edison Mall, I recommend this place. I had the Bourbon Chicken and it was marinated very well, and they did not skimp out on portion sizes for what you’re paying. My plate was very good and quickly served to me, 4 stars overall.

The bourbon chicken & orange chicken that I ordered was good. However, I didn’t like the rice as much. The people working behind the counter were polite too, and the mall this restaurant is attached to is amazing. Free samples are available as well.
