We visited Sakura hibachi restaurant in Attleboro and had an overall enjoyable experience. The food was a delicious mix of **authentic Japanese and Chinese cuisine**, with **generous portions** that left everyone at our table more than satisfied. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared.
The **hibachi chef was fantastic** — not only skilled in his craft, but also fun and engaging. It was clear he was an expert, and his cooking made the meal a lively and entertaining experience.
The **ambience was pleasant**, and the place is **clean and well maintained**, which we really appreciated. There’s **plenty of parking** available in their private lot, so getting in and out was easy.
The only downside was the **service**. Our waitress came off a bit condescending, which was disappointing and took away slightly from the overall experience. That said, the rest of the staff seemed friendly, and the chef more than made up for it with his energy and professionalism.
If you’re looking for great hibachi and solid portions in a casual setting, this place is definitely worth a visit. We’d consider coming back, especially for the food and the show!

I eat here at least 2-3x a month, maybe more. My kids love it too. The Hibachi is great, but I recommend making sure you have at least 2 adults with you if it’s a slow time of day. I’ve tried so many items on the menu with limited disappointments. I have never had a poor experience with service, but can understand some of the reviews to a degree. Overall, I highly recommend this place- it is my go-to in the area for sushi, Chinese and Hibachi.

Very good food. Sushi was fresh and had good flavors layered throughout. Usually some rolls all Mush together and don’t really taste like anything. But their rolls were great. Cran Rangoon probably the fluffiest best I have had in the area.

The food was delicious and fresh. It was decently priced. Everything on this picture + drinks cost less than $100, but I didn’t expect to see 18% tip deducted from my card. We planned on tipping the waiter for an excellent service but I felt unhappy when it was taken out of my card without prior warning. This explains why the restaurant does not have lots of people dinning in. Next time I’ll just order a take-out since the owner feels entitled to tips by force.

The Food is great but the owner needs to do something about this place. I left here feeling disappointed especially after complaining to the waiter that I didn’t like the bowl she served my drink in. I felt like a stray cat eating for free. She dismissed my concerns saying she’s not the manager, then walked away, but she was quick to tip herself from my card without asking. Just look at the chipped cup they served a $15 drink in! These bowls are sold for $2 at the flee market!

We went here because shogun in north Attleboro was closed. We sat down at 5:20 did not get drinks until 5:50 … then soup and salad at 6:05. Once the hibachi started he forgot to do the sake and zucchini, which is disappointing for a 4 year old. They then completely forgot to make the 4th persons shrimp dinner, so we had to wait even longer for it to be cooked in the back. Not once did the waitress say sorry, or even smile. Would never come back here.
