I wish I could give this restaurant a zero star but I can’t. It has been the worst experience that I have ever had going to a restaurant. My family arrived at 9:05 pm and they closed at 10:00 they sat us at a table that only accommodate 4 people but we had 5. Then we were ready to order our food but she went a took another person’s drink order. We finally placed our order 20 mins later at 9:35pm. They first brought out our appetizer and then 1 out of the 5 meals we ordered. There was 2 gentlemen that arrived after us and placed their order after us and they brought them their meals however the rest of our meals had not came out. At about 9:52pm the waitress gives us this bogus excuse that the chefs had went home and only made 1 meal out of 5. I would not recommend this place with their Lousy service and lack of professional at all. Why take the customers when you can’t fulfill it. Ruin my sons birthday dinner.

Normally we are very big fans of hibachi, especially at Sakura. The food is amazing, the chefs are great and friendly. However last time we went the meal felt very rushed by the waiter, our soups were taken away before even finishing, and there was lack of patience when ordering. We didn’t take this to hear and will return, but the only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star was because of that one experience a couple weeks ago. Otherwise I will 100% recommend

My husband and I order delivery from Sakura often. We also enjoy going to the restaurant as well. We can always get great service. The food always comes out super quickly. I love to order sushi and ramen. He likes to order Chinese food appetizers. The food is always tasty and fresh.

Lol this was possibly the worst service I’ve ever had. The waitress told my mother in law that no one likes the drink she ordered and that she couldn’t have it and then proceeded to pour water so hard into a cup it splashed my wife in the face. She came to our table to ask us if we were ready to order before our whole party was even seated. She also started packing up our food while we were still eating. Overall she just had awful manners and it was almost comically bad. Oh well!

Ordered Sushi from Doordash and did not disappoint any of the three times i ordered! The best sushi hands down anywhere around. I’d recommend the Mermaid roll and also the spicy Tuna.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. My family and I arrived at 9pm and the restaurant closed at 10pm. Waitress came up to our table fairly rude rushing us to order our food the second we sat down and didn’t give us any time to look at the menu. Once we ordered our food, it came out in less than 10 minutes tasting undercooked (chicken and shrimp). We had no utensils. Waitress kept running over every 2 minutes asking if we were done with our meal and took our appetizers unfinished, (while our forks were in our mouths). Then, while we were still eating, the waitress started taking our plates away. This is at 9:40pm, 20 minutes until closing. Also, when she gave us our check she was rushing me to give her my card and to sign the receipt, I told her to give me one second and she said that I needed to hurry up because people needed to leave. mind you at the bar and a table there were over 6 other customers. they were finishing their food and conversations without bother. she then stormed off talking to another coworker in a different language and pointed at my table. Very rude, I won’t be coming back.

This is our first time going to Sakura. Every year for my birthday, I go to Hibachi. I added bowling into the mix, so we decided to change the spot we normally go to for travel distance between bowling and dinner. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed. I’m a friendly person and was disappointed when she came to me to take my order. I said hi! She didn’t even look up or say hi back. Maybe she had a long day, or patrons were rude earlier. But I believe in first impressions. I started with my sushi order, she told me no and to order dinner first then what I wanted for sushi. We were the only hibachi group there. We ordered some sushi, mine was tasty but a couple of people in my group were very unhappy with it. One person ordered sushi for a meal and did not get it until after we were halfway done eating our dinner, and it was the wrong order. They don’t serve noodles with their hibachi dinner, so you have to pay extra for it. The birthday song was cute, and one of the employees wore a Mickie costume, which was an unexpected surprise! The chefs were great and entertaining.
