Have went there a few times for pickup order. Everything was fine. We mostly get the Vegetable Rice Family size. And it always served our family of 3 with some left over. Well we ordered the same thing this evening 1-22-26 and it didn’t really serve 2 people. Very Disappointed, you may have just lost our family as a costumer. Please due better with servings especially since the price also raised.

When I walked in, I was greeted quickly & with a smile. My server however, kept asking to take my menu. I kept saying no, & proceeded to also order a to go, in addition to eating in. The server then took my menu when I was eating & didn’t ask if I was done with it, “snuck it” very quietly from my side. I don’t know if they have a menu shortage or what, if he would have asked, I was wanting to ask a question about an item & may have ordered more. The cook/chef was very nice & the food I did receive was very good. When I went in, it was not busy at all but did pick up a little before I left.

I’ve been here about three or four times. Never necessarily impressed with the place, seemed like your average hibachi restaurant, quite mediocre with nothing too special to make it stand out. Maybe the aspect of all white servers and country music playing in an asian restaurant is what makes it different. Additionally, the extremely overpriced menu and the fact that a side of noodles and fried rice at the hibachi grill amounts to $10 surely stands out as well! I can certainly see why it may be a favorite restaurant in this rural area, as it is certainly lacking establishments, however, to be quite realistic, it’s okay at best. It has come to attention that I should rephrase the statement to “it WAS okay at best.” As of yesterday, my husband and I decided to stop by for an easy lunch, which resulted in him becoming extremely sick after a few hours. We decided to eat at the grill and he opted for chicken and fried rice. I am unsure as to if the grill was improperly cleaned prior to us or if the chicken/egg that he consumed was improperly cooked resulting in salmonella. This resulted in him throwing up and having a rather vulgar experience out the other end for relatively 16 hours. Luckily, I opted for a bento box which not procured on the grill, and I have not became ill. I am positive this restaurant was at fault, as that was the only meal we ate all day. To say I am infuriated with this establishment is an understatement, as 24 hours later and my husband is still bedridden. Paying $40 to become ill was not on our agenda during our Christmas time off! I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

So aggravated. I eat here probably weekly. My friend and I go to eat at 8:40PM and told they’re no longer doing the grills at that time. You don’t even close for an hour and 20 minutes. I’ve been in there as late as 9:30 and never been told this before. I would get if you’re closing soon but there was plenty of time.

Salad was mainly a bowl of carrots with couple clumps of lettuce and instead of normal ginger dressing it had the taste of lemon starburst . Hibachi had only yum yum sauce, no mustard which is the main condiment I use.
Chef twirled spatula a little and then nothing, no show, not even conversation, cooked then left.
Did not care for the meal, steak was tough, even the tea was not good. Wth. I am normally a tea drinker but it was so unpleasant I sent it back and drank pop.
Do not recommend, will not be return customers.

Today, I walked in with an online order of the Sakura Tempura. The lady working upfront explained how there was no manager working there, no big deal right? Wrong. I got home, the Sakura Tempura is supposed to include ONLY shrimp, crabmeat, and scallop. What I got was deepfried broccoli, mushrooms, potatoes, and sweet potatoes, and even chicken! Never going back to this place.

Continuously forgot any extras we ordered and recently found a DEAD SPIDER in our food, THEN, they only refunded part of the meal!!! Staff may be nice but this is completely outrageous, do not eat here, it needs a full out health inspection!
