The service was slow. They were not understaffed. Oh, the waitress was late coming in, and we waited 15-20 minutes for our check and payment to be picked up and ran. There was something, boney hard in the volcano roll we ordered, the 3rd piece into the roll. At that point, we stopped eating it. My tempura vegetables were delicious. Just wished our service was better and didn’t come across that hard piece of sushi.

This is our go-to restaurant for special events, date night and happy hour. We bring friends here all the time. The fish is always fresh and the presentation exquisite. Drinks are generous. But the best is the service, especially if you get Lek as your server. She always remembers us and our drinks and how we like them. Always a fun experience.

This review is for the dining side. We were promptly greeted, seated, and given water. The Mhai Thai was delicious, not too sweet, and had a perfect amount of tartness. Sushi was refreshing and filling, but could have been a little bit more flavorful. Our server Kaitlyn was personable while giving us enough space to enjoy our meal.

Good food & it was a fun time, although the only issue we had was the waitress. She never checked on us if we needed more drinks, etc. AND we had to go ask for our check because she just disappeared. We could have dined & and dashed, and they would have never known! The 3 stars for service is for the chef for our table ONLY. He was engaging & funny and cooked our food to perfection!

Ahh.. Sakura Garden, how I love this place. Sakura is my traditional birthday dinner place to eat. I’ve been to this one and the Windsor one; they’re both fantastic. If you don’t leave this place without a grin on your face, I’d be shocked.

This place has gone way down hill based on the take out order we just got. Hibachi chicken dinner – chicken was dry, and chewy and the fried rice was sub par, veggies complete mush and didn’t try the soup or salad. For almost $25 I could go anywhere. I ate probably 10% of the food before I couldn’t do it anymore and tried to find a contact option on the website (since they’re too busy in the restaurant to get me to a manager) but no option. Such a shame, this used to be such a good restaurant.

I wouldn’t recommend or come back. Cook had to be told to put a show on which is crazy bcus people go to hibachi for the experience. Food was rushed and did not have flavor. I was the only person who ordered steak and lobster and two other plates had a piece of lobster. Thankfully no one was allergic. My husband asked for a mango slush mojito and it had no liquor at all. We came for my sons birthday and he was not satisfied one bit. Such a bummer. By far the worst hibachi experience we’ve had and we are frequent hibachi eaters. party of 9 had 3 bills and each had 20% tip included.
