I really wanted to enjoy my visit, but the food fell a little short. I ordered the shrimp tempura and only received two shrimp, with the rest being breaded vegetables that did not taste very good. I also ordered the shrimp hibachi, which came with miso soup and a salad. The salad had ranch dressing instead of the usual ginger dressing I expected at a hibachi restaurant. The yum yum sauce was very watery, had almost no flavor, and there was only a small amount. The shrimp in the hibachi was also a bit tough. Overall, the meal was not what I hoped for.

Ordered food online ,when I got there the guy had my receipt ready for me to sign and added a 5.20 tip for his self again I ordered online. He just got the receipt ready . I thought that was illegal. I’m thinking about calling their credit card company. I tip well when I’m seated and waited on but please do not add a tip to my receipt that you do not deserve.

Took my granddaughter there today for lunch. It was amazing. The food was great, the employees were nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. We will be back.

Left the entire shell on the snow crab making this not edible.. and all the sea food in the roll tasted old and sour, literally had to spit it out.. Sakura is so disappointing every time. None of the food taste fresh EVER and then have to crunch on a shell just tops the cake.

AVOID THIS PLACE!
The “New York strip” in their combo is clearly a cheap cut of chewy steak, not strip. The chicken (i ordered shrimp but got chicken) was chewy as well. The fried rice is NOT like normal hibachi fried rice. It was simply white rice with soy on it, heck i can do that at home. The ‘fried’ rice did not have egg, peas, carrots and onions that normally come in hibachi fried rice.
This was a sub par meal with a heaping dose of disappointment (especially at those prices). And what happened to Hibachi places eliminating Ginger and Mustard sauce? Yum Yum sauce is a poor substitute.
Will not ever come back here again.
