I love Sakura Express. I went to the Forest City location and it is always good. The staff is always nice and quick with service. I like to eat the Teriyaki Chicken but weirdly without the chicken, thankfully they offer an entree called the vegetable melody and it is absolutely amazing. If you’re a vegetable eater than this dish is for you 10/10! I love the zucchini in this too!

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Lady answering the phone is completely unprofessional and rude. Order has been wrong 3 times now! Will not be returning until they do better. Get new staff.

This is now the 4th time, I will not be back. Victor in the window is hateful. Doesn’t let you finish giving your order before shoving a clipboard out the window. Very unprofessional and the quality has been going down for years. The prices keep rising and with service like this idk how they are still open.
