I recently dined at Sakura 6, and it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious. Every piece of sushi was fresh and expertly crafted. The fish melted in my mouth, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The variety on the menu was impressive, offering both traditional favorites and unique rolls. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether you’re a sushi lover or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is a must visit!! I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been a regular here for a while because the sushi is consistently fantastic—fresh, well-prepared, and always satisfying. The staff is great, and the atmosphere is generally welcoming. However, there’s one issue that really takes away from the experience: the tiny fish tank in the dining area.

It’s hard to enjoy a meal while watching fish swim in such a cramped, unnatural space. I’ve talked to friends and others who’ve been to the restaurant, and many of them feel the same way—it’s uncomfortable and kind of heartbreaking. I’ve actually stopped eating in and just order takeout now, which is disappointing because I genuinely love the place otherwise.

I hope the owners might consider donating the fish to a sanctuary or a local aquarium where they can have a more appropriate, enriched environment. It would show a lot of care and compassion, and I think it would make a big difference to a lot of customers like me who notice these things.

Very solid sushi restaurant in town.
Not overly fancy or over the top, but the food is always fresh.
I never have a bad time coming here.

Sometimes they offer free hot sake!

The sushi is just OK. They have a good selection of vegetable sushi if you’re a non fish lover and they have usual tempura offerings. I ordered the sushi sashimi dinner. It is cheaper by a few dollars than other places but the portions of fish are smaller see the photo. The miso soup seems to not be made with bonito and was OK, no salad was ordered. They are very serious about closing at 10:30 not what is posted online as 11. The owner will keep coming by as it gets closer to 10:30 to get rid of you. Our waitress was very nice and fast. This visit was on a Saturday. I might go back but nothing compels me. Like I said OK I would rather pay three to five dollars more for the same quality fish but larger rolls and pieces. If a member of your group is a non fish eater do try they have a good amount of veg options. One gripe for me is the fake crab in the sushi sashimi plate, I don’t think processed fish has any place in a sushi restaurant. My stars for service would be 5 but for the amount of food/cost and the constant hovering of the owner it’s a solid three for me.

I hate to say that any type of behavior here is racially inclined, but if you like getting stared at your during entire meal while you eat, come here. I was told that they didn’t have a certain drink when it was sitting right in front of my face. The food here is good, but the service is questionable. They kept staring at me and my partner while we ate, but looked away once they saw my partner stare back. I am Black and my partner is Asian American. The constant staring made me feel so uncomfortable that I couldn’t finish my food and me and my partner had to leave the establishment. Taste matters but atmosphere matters more. I probably will not be coming back here again.

I come here every week with my wife. We love the mango sushi, the shrimps, the chicken teriyaki… everything that we try has good flavor and is at a good price. They even give you free hot sake and always give good attention and service. We’ll come back many times.
