so I asked for a side of teriyaki sauce,(left) expecting the size of the soy sauce(right) given complimentary. would’ve understood a dollar upcharge, I was upcharged three dollars and given a much larger portion without like saying anything to me…. for a side of fried rice. it was an online order that a customer went to pick up for me with a certain amount of cash given for the order total. like I work in restaurants and thats just wild to me.. I called and asked and they were not helpful either so thus the review

The food was amazing but the service was abysmal. It was raining very hard the night I went. The restaurant was pretty empty but they had us in the waiting area for a hibachi table when there was 4 hibachi tables and only one was dirty. I sat at the table for 10 minutes before someone came and took my drink order. I got a tequila sunrise to drink and it hardly had any alcohol in it and it was incredibly sweet. It was another 10 minutes before anyone came back for the food order. I was about to leave because it seemed no one had any interest in serving me. While I was waiting I noticed the ceiling was dripping behind the bar. I got my soup and salad about 15 minutes before the chef arrived. I wasn’t finished but the server took my bowls without asking if I was done. The chef was amazing and did all of the little tricks you would expect for a hibachi chef. He was very nice and cooked the food perfectly (I had the steak, lobster, and shrimp). I was almost done with my food by the time anyone came to ask how the meal was and it would be another 20 minutes before I was able to ask for the check and then 10 minutes to receive said check. I did notice they had a ton of take out orders and I see why. Amazing food and horrible service. Order it from home so you don’t have to deal.

The sushi was mushy and all smashed together, it wasn’t even rolled just thrown in a container. I called to ask if I could get a refund, if I brought the rolls back. The manager then proceeded to yell at me in gibberish and tell me the rolls are supposed to be as disgusting as they were and refused a refund. I suggest going to petco if you need dog food, same quality for a cheaper price then this place

Took my family and in laws here for hibachi, the server made us feel like we were a nuisance the entire time with her facial expressions and general demeanor. I often pick up DoorDash orders here and it is the same energy. As far as hibachi and sushi, there are far better places to go to in the area, quality of the food was subpar, not sure how you mess up noodles but they did. Will not be dining here again

If you are debating whether to go or not… just go! I’ve been there many times and each time, the food was outstanding and fresh. Another family was at the hibachi bar and the cook was really funny and making their experience special. All the staff was very nice to us and greeted us with a smile. Also, the place is very clean and beautiful with super high ceilings.
On our most recent visit, my daughter ordered the Christmas sushi roll. I tasted it and highly recommend it.

I got SICK HERE!DO NOT EAT HERE!!! PLEASE..waitress personality the quality of a wet mop… No smile didn’t talk to us.. This is not Japanese food!!! I’ve lived in Japan. That place is a Chinese restaurant trying to pass itself off as “Japanese”

I don’t recommend eating anything there.

Even the Sapporo can of beer was old and the glass was warm brought to me.
