I had the Hibachi Steak, and the wife has the Shrimp Tempura roll that was absolutely amazing. This place does not short you on the steak portion size, very good! The yum yum sauce also exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be returning soon!

Visiting from Atlanta, GA dropping my son off for college. First time visiting Saki Sushi & Hibachi, and I was blown away! I ordered the Scallop Hibachi, and it was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful scallops with perfectly seasoned fried rice and fresh vegetables. I gave them a 4 overall because they are in a food truck. Parking during lunch hour is a little disorganized as people wait for their food. But other than that, this place is amazing! Excellent food. We order from Saki’s a few times a week. I love the sushi rolls and the Hibachi Chicken (Delicious!!!) and Rice. Big generous portions. You must give them a try.

This food truck offers similar menu items to Mizumi Express in Chanute. The service is fast and friendly and everything we’ve had so far has been great. My husband’s go to is the Mizumi Roll and my go to is the Captain America. Be prepared to park vigilantly, as it’s a small lot and a bit oddly shaped – just pay attention and don’t block traffic.

I normally love this place but I ordered bento box lunches this past weekend and it was completely different than every other time I have ordered. It was all rice, hardly any vegetables no egg roll or sushi roll and they didn’t give me any yum yum sauce with us ordering 4 orders. We drove 30 minutes to come and get the food and my whole family was so disappointed. I wish they would tell you they changed those or don’t do them any more. You should always include sauce or all if people want it don’t just not include it :/
