We really wish they would be open consistently during the days on weekdays.
They’re losing out on a lot of business doing the opening and then closing and then reopening again
This place is really good to eat at. However, if you come in the middle of the day I.e from 2:30 to 4:00, they’re closed And reopen back up at 4:30.
This is literally my only complaint about this place. The food has always fantastic. The staff is always very friendly. However when I’m in Griffin running around to an errands, I would love to stop by and come grab something to eat.

We went by here for my mom’s birthday dinner today. We got there at 4 so it wasn’t too busy. Everyone’s food was delicious. The only hiccup we had was my husband ordered the steak and shrimp and they brought out steak and chicken but they were quick to bring out a side of shrimp for him so it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff did a good job of bringing everything out quickly and keeping our drinks refilled.

We eat here almost every Friday night..always the BEST service by ALL the servers we have experienced. Food is so fresh and always SOOO good! Clean environment…we enjoy sitting at the bar so we can watch them make the sushi..always such a good experience. We have done take out as well…never a problem. Food is always just as fresh and hot as dinning in. Love our Saki!!

Went here today for the first time! If you are ever in the downtown Griffin, Ga area. Definitely go try them out. Definitely come by 12pm at the latest, because this place fills up quickly. If you are looking for parking, there’s parking right across from the restaurant that’s FREE . The waitress was nice and didn’t have to wait too long for my food. I ordered a sprite with the hibachi chicken lunch special, that comes with: soup, salad, rice and veggies. The food was good, especially the yum sauce to add to it. The soup was good too, it had a little spice to it.

Sign on the window says close at 10:00. We arrived at 9:30 p.m we were told “we are closed” sisters response was-” sign says 10:00 p.m” so they let us order to go. Very nice looking small town Japanese sushi bar and restaurant. Would love in the future to sit down and enjoy a dine in meal. Food looked great and tasted great as well. Waitress/hostess needs a lession in customer service. Packaging of product was extremely poor everything leaked out into the bag fortunate enough it didn’t leak out into my brother’s-in-laws new 2021 Ford truck.

So how is it? You can call somewhere and have them deliver soup all the time and when you eat somewhere and you get a meal it always comes with soup but then you order a delivery and they forget the soup and now they tell you oh soup does not come with takeout. All I need is consistency stop changing it up whenever it’s convenient. Take some accountability for what you do, it’s very simple. They seem to do this kind of stuff all the time. I ordered their fried cheesecake and I was charged one amount then I came in the next time and they charge me for the cheesecake and then they charge me for frying the cheesecake. Please I don’t think I ask for much. Just try to remain consistent

Love this place so much. I’d go here every day if I could. My husband and I enjoy getting the Wednesday lunch special of 2 sushi rolls, and we also order a Bento box lunch special to top it off. Don’t forget to grab a Sapporo beer! We both get plenty to eat and even have leftovers after. We always make our money worth!
