I really want to give it a 4, but I can’t get past the “filth”. I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for 5-years. The tables continue to get stickier each visit — so much so that the menu got “stuck” to the table. When you go to the restroom, your feet stick to the floor. One of the menus was actually falling apart. They have a bunch of supplies and chairs stacked up in customer view towards the restrooms. All that being said, the service is outstanding. The server is attentive. The food was brought out quickly. There was perfect timing between appetizers and main course. The table was bussed appropriately. We were greeted and seated immediately, even with other guests that entered at the same time. 5-star service. The food. With exception of the crunchies being super stale for the egg drop soup, everything was fantastic. We had egg drop soup for 2 — it was as fantastic as always— there is actually enough for 4 — we had some to take home. They have a nice twist adding shrimp and chicken. I always get the blue crab roll with a generous portion of real crab on top. My daughter had the caterpillar roll, which she very much enjoyed. That roll is not for me — too sweet. It was decorated as a caterpillar with sweet cherries for eyes and eel skin tail, lol. It had a sweet sauce that went well with cream cheese. She loved it, just not for me. Value — I’d have to give it a 2 for my roll — $17.95 is pretty steep for the quality for a single roll. At that price, you might expect “lump” crab meat. I’m pretty sure it’s tiny shreds or canned crab meat — it’s definitely real, not Polock. I don’t think I’ll be going back for a while. Dinner for two with 25% tip was $90. At that price, the service was great, but the cleanliness and stale crunchies were a big turn-off. We did have the spring roll appetizer, 2-rolls, and egg drop soup. The spring roll was fantastic, but the peanut sauce was thick and chunky (unappetizing).

We had a birthday party here. Great service and food. I wish it had the hibachi show and then it would have been perfect. We loved all the food!! Our server was awesome.

My best friend took me here for my birthday dinner and we loved it! Neither of us had been here before, but we both love sushi. Here is what we ordered:

{Appetizer} Edamame – standard edamame, nothing out of the ordinary

{Appetizer} Crab Wontons – plenty of filling & yummy dipping sauce

{Sushi} Spicy Shrimp Roll & Blue Crab Roll – both delicious but my favorite was the blue crab roll because they use real crab

{Entree} Shrimp Pad Thai – I’ve been searching for a really great Pad
Thai dish up North and this one is definitely in the running! It’s not very spicy though, so if you like a kick I would ask for extra spice.

Everything was delicious! We both agreed we can’t wait to go back with our significant others!

I usually don’t bother with negative reviews, but this place was so expensive AND so bad that my conscience demands I say something.

We ordered takeout at 6pm on a Thursday. We wanted to try some different parts of the menu so we ordered three sushi rolls, a stir fry, and pad Thai. The short version: mall food court Chinese is better. And for $65 before tip? Yikes.

We like raw fish in our sushi, but the salmon and yellowtail tasted a bit old and slimy. One roll was poorly constructed and was falling apart, impossible to pick up the pieces.

The pad Thai was just noodles and chicken in a sweet sauce. A few bits of peanut on top, but otherwise no real flavor. Certainly no sign of basil, bean sprouts, or any other accompaniment. I’ve had better fast food.

The stir fry was beef, again in a generic sweet brown sauce. The beef was fine for the mall but way below expectations for a real restaurant. The mushrooms were too watery. No other flavors or seasonings were apparent. The fried rice was also generic, flavorless, and oily.

Overall, I’d say it was a disaster. I wish it wasn’t like this, but the world needs to know.

Wonderful food!! Saki offers sushi, Thai, Chinese and hibachi meals. This worked out great for our family, since everyone wanted something different. I ordered 2 their specialty rolls, 1 would’ve been plenty. Service was spot on!

Ordered the seafood Triple delight which included large shrimp scallops & Lobster with snow peas broccoli carrots in a white wine sauce. For $26 total that’s not a lot here and the shrimp are definitely not large not to mention I was picking pieces of lobster tail that was broken in my dish, they could have at least taken the broken lobster tail shells out of the dish before they served it. I would not recommend this place looks like they’re under construction when you walk in the front door to pick up your to-go order only. My first time here.

One of the better asian resturants in the Northland. Food comes out fast, maybe too fast some days, but is always hot and full of flavor.

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant. Have never been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered. Great food, excellent cocktails, and from what I’ve heard, pretty good sushi selection.
