We’ve been coming to Sakeba Asian Pub & Grill for 4 years now, and we have never once regretted it. The food is always amazing — truly DELICIOUS every single time! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and consistently great.
They offer a wide variety of Asian dishes, from sushi to hot entrées, and the quality never disappoints. The prices are also super reasonable for what you get — excellent value for the money.
The beers are always ice cold and the $15 Sapporo pitcher is absolutely awesome. Perfect for sharing while watching sports since they have TVs and a fun, lively atmosphere.
The service has always been very good — friendly and attentive staff every time we visit. Great food, great drinks, great prices, and a great vibe. We will definitely keep coming back!
I have to talk about the appetizers first because they were incredible. The Coconut Shrimp were perhaps the best coconut shrimp I’ve ever had. They had an amazing crunch and perfect sweetness, and the white sauce served with them was a great pairing. The same goes for the House Salad (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, tomato). It sounds standard, but it was one of the best ginger dressing salads I’ve tasted. I will order both these appetizers every time I come and visit.
We also shared the Spicy Tuna Tartar with spicy tuna, crunch, avocado, tobiko, sushi rice, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. It wasn’t actually that spicy, but I loved it with some soy sauce. The Yellowtail Jalapeno w. Japanese sauce, however, brought the heat. The jalapeños on top were extremely hot—my girlfriend’s mouth was on fire after one bite and she couldn’t finish it. I removed the peppers and thought it was okay, but wouldn’t order it again. That said, if you really love fresh jalapeño heat, this is the dish for you.
