This restaurant had great service and delicious food. Our servers name was Jojo and she was great and a hard worker. The food was delicious, but a little bit small as far as portions. The sake was very good and perfectly warm. Atmosphere was cozy, comfortable, and well decorated, but I will mention that there were some splattered walls that could be scrubbed. Jojo was the only server at the time so she had her hands very busy, but she was very quick, but the restaurant could use some extra hands. Overall restaurant experience was positive.

We came to the grand opening tonight to support our favorite local sushi restaurant! They added some really cute lanterns and a kimono on the wall. Sadly, the fish tank is gone but it leaves more room for sitting. Our food was DELICIOUS and our favorite waitress JoJo is amazing as always. We’re so happy she’s still here because she is the true heart of the restaurant. We can’t wait to come back! (2nd pic had some roll missing because we were too excited to eat before taking the picture)

So glad this place has re-opened! We had the Deluxe Sushi Entree & a poke bowl.
Luckily I had help with the sushi entree…lots of tasty sushi pieces, plus miso soup & small salad made for more than I could manage alone. Spicy tuna roll was just the right amount of spicy. Hubby enjoyed the poke bowl and much of my entree.
Also enjoyed SCB Nigori unfiltered sake…cool & refreshing.
Service was lovely & the same friendly atmosphere as before.

This place is definitely my top three in the USA for sushi. The chefs throw down behind the counter. They have some unique rolls and everything was crisp and fresh and delicious.
