A very lovely small local hibachi restaurant. Since we live nearby, my family and I come somewhat often. We enjoy the quieter atmosphere since it is a smaller restaurant. It also means less wait times, more opportunities for quicker service, and higher probability for private service for you and your party. Though not particularly the best, it does hibachi very well and you get some other benefits too. If you live locally, I would say that coming to eat here would be a better option that going out a bit farther for other hibachi options.
Hibachi 4/5 – Pretty standard hibachi service and slightly larger than normal serving size. There is an overall consistency with the flavor from the preparation. I recommend adding extra eggs and/or mushrooms for even more flavor!
Sushi 4/5 – Freshly made to order but I can’t comment on the freshness of the fish itself. I am going to say not the freshest fish used but still pretty good. They have a chef dedicated to just the sushi and raw fish dishes. With the large selection offered, I am sure you can find one you will like.
Wings 2/5 – The wings were really not special nor the most flavorful. Some Asian restaurants serve some nicely made chicken wings but I am afraid it is not the case here.

Very excellent food, fried bagel roll is my favorite sushi here! I also ordered salmon fried rice and it was very tasty and fresh. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. Sushi chef takes pride in his work and all the servers were nice and helpful! Wonderful service as well. Would recommend to my friends and family, definitely coming back.

First, I would like to apologize to this restaurant. I had ordered dinner through GrubHub, and originally the second bag with all of the sushi was missing. I was angry and immediately contacted GH for a refund and gave 1 star to both the driver and Sake. However, the driver returned with the missing bag. I went back to GH to cancel the refund and update the star ratings, but they said they couldn’t change them nor could they cancel the refund, but they appreciated my honesty. I was able to add on a tip for the driver (felt that was the least I could do), and realized I could also give Sake a better rating on here and publicly apologize to them. Planning on stopping by to pay for the food as well.

I love the food at this restaurant but I typically order delivery to save on personal commute. The last 3 or 4 time that I placed an order, they packaged the rice and salad on the bottom and the hibachi meal (meal & veggies) on top so by the time I receive my order all of the sauce has spilled to the bottom of my bag.

Went here with my kids for dinner, and was really impressed. The food was really good, and the display was amazing. We are a small town, so I did not expect the full show from the chef, like you would see at a resort, but there it was.
The staff was very friendly, and despite the fact that it was just the three of us, they still pulled out all the stops.
Pricing for what you get is also very reasonable. So if you like Japanese food, and you like a bit of a show, then Nagano is highly recommended

I took my son for his birthday. I have never been at this place, and from the beginning the customer service was horrible. We were sitting at a table and then were asked to you to move twice. The hibachi came with soup and salad. The soup had no taste was watery, and had 2 noodles. The food was overpriced for the amount you get. I will not be back. We also ordered Philadelphia roll and it was not good. I do not recommend this place.

We originally wanted to go and eat at Kampai at Web Gin but the wait was an hour. It was ridiculously long wait for dinner on a non holiday weekend. We started searching for other hibachi place. My husband found this place Sake Japanese Steakhouse at Grayson Highway. At first, we got worried because there were hardly any cars around, and made us wonder what’s wrong with the place. But when we came in it was a a great experience. Staffs were friendly, the portions are huge, and its delicious! I love the ginger dressing in the salad. Guess what? NO WAIT! If you are looking for a hibachi place, Come try this place! It’s awesome!

Service was horrible! They served me half cooked hard rice and when I asked for another plate they took my plate and came back with thesame bowl of rice lol. The tips are automatically added and they don’t tell you this but expect you to sign and tip again so check your receipt to make sure you don’t get scammed!
