Loved the volcano suchie roll and the sake. I always give my reviews straight up, and everything tasted fresh, clean, and full of flavor. What really stood out was the level of respect shown from start to finish. The server was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely service oriented, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and unrushed.
A lot of places around Sanford sometimes feel like things are just thrown together, but here you can tell there is intention, pride, and respect behind both the food and the presentation. The display showed real care, not just for the dish, but for the customer experience as a whole. You feel valued dining here, not like just another order number. This will definitely be our new spot.

Don’t order more than one roll to go. Every time i to go order delivery my order is no less than $100+. And the company is too cheap to give you individual containers for the sushi. I have an allergy to mayo and i never order sushi with the house sauce on it my family does. But god somehow they always put my sushi which i specifically order with no sauce with rolls that have sauce. Kind of defeats the purpose. I know the container are like 35 cents. But cross contamination isn’t as important as saving a little money i guess. The sushi is good the salmon was a good portion but was dry so anything outside of sushi i avoid the pad Thai was bad as well. Once i find another place with good quality sushi i won’t order from here anymore! I called them about missing the food on New Year’s Eve and all they said was they assumed i wanted to eat like a family. Decided to give it another try yesterday and again they mix the sushi in the same container. Damn we can spend our money on your food you can’t spare a few cents for an extra container. Terrible!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The Japanese food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly rolled, with melt-in-your-mouth fish and just the right balance of flavors. Every bite was a treat! I’ve eaten here quite a few times with my family & several times with my granddaughter. I’ve ordered out on several occasions as well. Every-time the food has been well prepared & delicious. Kevin the manager/owner there & his wife always welcome you gracefully. From their shrimp lo mein to their teriyaki filet mignon, the gyozas & springs rolls the food is amazing. When the mood for Japanese food hits, give Sake a try & judge it for yourself. Hopefully you’ll enjoy the food as much as I have & become a fan.

Outstanding service with Enna. We had the Japanese Udon soup, sashimi, Fire roll, tuna roll and sweetheart roll. All very delicious. 1st time here and will come back. We loved everything from start to finish!

Shrimp udon was fantastic and a large portion. Service was friendly and fast. The front area of the restaurant looked like it was being used for some storage; maybe they need to clean it up a bit and it would be a solid 5 for atmosphere too.

Great food, good portions, only downside is its kinda expensive. But thats because the portions. I get the hibachi shrimp & NY steak. Which comes with both rice & noodles. As well as sautéed vegetables. Its so good.
