Sake Express food review in Grandview – Facebook

The service and decor was nice. My teriyaki dish was huge! I was able to share it with my husband. It was well worth the price I paid.

When in Grandview this is THE spot for sushi beats any other place in Sunnyside or Prosser. If you don’t know, now you know. Service is on point.

My friends and I came here to eat, the sushi was absolutely AMAZING. We highly recommend the tiger roll. The service was also very good the guy that worked there is super friendly, and the prices are very reasonable especially the buy one get one sushi special. Definitely considering trying. Pictured is the tiger roll on the right, dragon roll in the middle and Snow White roll on the left.

Everyone is always really nice. The food is good too. I usually like spicy food but do not order your food really spicy. Say medium. TIP: Their spicy is SPICY!!! You’re welcome

Y’all I should have taken a picture but I didn’t think about that because I was distracted by enjoying it. Anyway… the lunch portions are big! We both got a lunch special: general so, orange chicken. We split the meals. My husband was truly impressed by real orange chicken. The general so was spot on temp for my palate, it was a little weak for him.
Bottom line – YUM & LARGE PORTIONS!
And that older gentleman behind the counter was very kind, I don’t know if he was the owner or not.

I can only speak to the sushi because that is all I ordered. I eat sushi at least 2 x a week for the last 30 years and I honestly don’t expect much as the reviews were average at best. But I was blown away by the quality of the fish, the flavor and texture of the rolls and the price was better than 90 % of the places around the valley and tri cities. I’ve found one of my favorites! I’ll be back for sure

Food was good not the best but definitely good for what we paid. Customer service was the big issue with our visit the gal was rude and had an attitude we had to raise our voice to get her attention when she wasn’t busy and then instead of coming over to the table she made us say what we wanted across the restaurant.

We have been there several times since it opened.. they have a good selection of sushi, bento boxes, and other menu options. The food is good with generous portions add comparably priced. We have always found that the staff was friendly and accommodating..

Have dined in 3 times before and had spicy California rolls. Was very good. Ordered to go this time and we decided to try something different. Ordered 2 Chicken Teriyaki bowls and a Chicken Katasu Bento. Definitely not good. Rice was old, Chicken teriyaki had no flavor, Chicken Katsu came with no sauce and the shrimp tempura was very soft and falling off the shrimp. Glad it did fall off because the shrimp was a light shade of black in color. In the trash it went. Called to let them know and the owner was questioning the cooks while I was trying to talk to him and didn’t even offer to remake it. I would have declined anyway. Definitely won’t be back.

Got delivery. They used previously cooked shrimp in the food, therefore it was so overcooked it was inedible. Extremely disappointed

Nastiest food I have ever gotten. Tried this place for the first time today and let me just say the chicken teriyaki was unedible went straight to the garbage after the first bite. You can tell the rice was instant rice and the chicken just smelt funky.
