The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. The food is not only delicious but also deeply rooted in cultural and traditional authenticity. Prices are fair and respectful—you’re truly getting more than your money’s worth.

I’ve gone here a few times now and NOTABLY I never smell fish when I walk in the door. Just smells like a nice clean restaurant. Might sound crazy, but if I smell fish when I walk into a sushi place, I’m leaving. The sushi is always fresh, the poke bowls are priced better than most places around and are made with much better ingredients. For reference, that place mizu in seekonk is crazy for charging upwards to $20 for a lack luster bowl with awful ingredients.
The people behind the counter are always nice and helpful with their menu. Food comes out pretty quick and honestly I’ve never had a bad experience here. I hope this helps!

I love this place. I’m always treated so kindly every time I walk in to grab my take out order, and the food is fantastic. I never have to wait for my order either, it’s always ready when they say its going to be.

First time here and I couldn’t wait to do a review as I thought it was really good. Had the salmon poke bowl and it was excellent with lots of good things in a generous portion. The hostess was super friendly and seemed to know some of the other customers who came in. One can eat here but not in a large group. I will be back!

Coming in… the atmosphere was clean with somewhat modern aesthetic. Peering into the open kitchen concept, I can see all of the fresh selection of seafood and the process of how the food is prepared (which is always a plus on my book). The prices were astoundingly cheap but the quality and taste were unmatched. Definitely a gem in Riverside.

Overall, it was a good experience. For my tastes, the food was a LITTLE bland. That being said, id still go back and probably will.
The customer service, however, was 11/10 I must say… very friendly! Thanks for being so warm!

I went here for the very first time and it was awesome! There is a self order tablet take out or find in. The menu is very detailed.. let’s you know what is in the rolls…. they added a logo so you can see if it’s made out of fish or if it’s spicy! They also have a vegetarian menu which I found amazing! Get the sweet potato rolls yum!! They also were very friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

Super cute shop along the East Providence bike path that’s owned by a super adorable older couple. The prices are very good for the quantity and quality of food. Most of their bowls are mid-teens and the unagi and chirashi bowls are still under 20 for a great size. The seafood is fresh and I’d definitely come back. Only thing is their boba isn’t amazing, but it’s at least as solid as a mid-tier chain like Gong Cha.

This was a really underwhelming experience:
Food was OK, not great. Service was nonexistent. All things considered I felt that the prices were that of a restaurant with comparable cuisine, but without atmosphere or service. Also… sake is the term used to refer to all alcoholic beverages in Japanese, but this restaurant does not serve alcohol.

I’m so mad at myself for taking so long to try this place. 5 star in every category! Super clean, service was amazing/super attentive, and the food was INCREDIBLE. We got a veggie bowl, boba teas, and various sushi rolls and they were all absolutely delicious. Some of the best sushi we’ve had. Please do yourself a favor and try Sake Cafe.
