My tastebuds ASCENDED TO THE HEAVENS. I took one bite and suddenly understood the meaning of life. Thai and Japanese food teaming up like Avengers, flavors so good I forgot how to act in public. Everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely disrespectful to every other restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I will be back. Repeatedly. Probably too often.

The yellow curry was just what I wanted, creamy, and with right amount of spice, you may choose between levels 1 and 6. I chose level 2, and had the lunch bento box. I also ordered pork dumplings, as regular followers would guess, as I try to find good homemade dumplings. Well I found handmade dumplings, with pork, carrot and I think onion in a little dumpling purse. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch, it was plenty filling. The atmosphere is casual, black tables, tile floor, small bar, country music.

As someone who travels full-time, living life on the road in my RV and exploring different towns and cities throughout the year, I’ve developed something of a ritual: wherever I go, I make it a point to try the local Thai restaurant. Over the past year, I’ve sampled Thai food in dozens of places—small roadside eateries, family-run gems tucked away in quiet neighborhoods, and upscale Thai dining rooms in busier towns. I’ve come to appreciate the subtle differences in regional styles, the balance of flavors, and the unique touches each chef brings to their dishes. But I can confidently say that the Thai food I experienced here stands out above the rest — it was, without question, the best-flavored Thai cuisine I’ve had in the past year.

From the moment I walked in, I had a feeling this would be special. The restaurant itself had a warm, inviting atmosphere—clean, nicely decorated, and with just the right balance between casual comfort and an elegant dining experience. The lighting was soft but not too dim, and the decor felt authentic without being over the top. There was a calm, pleasant energy in the room that immediately made me feel at ease, which, as someone constantly on the move, I really appreciated. It felt like a place I could settle into for a while, savoring not just the meal but the moment.

The staff played a big part in that welcoming feeling. They were genuinely friendly, attentive without hovering, and happy to explain some of the dishes when I had questions. There was a sense of pride in their service that came through in every interaction, and it made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. I noticed they were equally attentive to other guests, whether they were regulars or newcomers, which says a lot about their consistency and care.

But the real star here, of course, was the food. Every dish I ordered burst with bold, yet perfectly balanced flavors. The complexity of the seasoning, the freshness of the ingredients, and the way each dish was presented showed a level of craftsmanship that I rarely encounter, even with my frequent Thai food adventures. The spices were vibrant but not overpowering, the herbs fresh and aromatic, and the sauces rich with depth. It felt like each bite was thoughtfully composed to hit all the right notes: sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and umami—just as Thai cuisine is meant to be, but often falls short elsewhere.

One thing that really impressed me was the texture of the dishes. The vegetables had that ideal crispness, the meats were tender and juicy, and even the rice and noodles were cooked just right—never mushy, never dry. It’s a detail that many places overlook, but here, everything was on point. I could tell the kitchen took great care not just in the flavors, but also in the preparation.

As I travel, I often return to favorite spots if I’m passing through the area again, and this restaurant has definitely earned a place at the top of my list. It’s the kind of place that makes you wish you could bring friends and family along to share the experience because it’s that good. Even after leaving, the memory of the flavors stayed with me, which is a true mark of an exceptional meal.

In a year filled with so many Thai meals in so many different settings, this one rose above not just because of the flavor, but because of the whole package—the welcoming staff, the inviting ambiance, and the care that went into every detail. For anyone who loves Thai food and appreciates authenticity combined with great service, this is a place that deserves your attention. I’ll definitely be back the next time my travels bring me this way, and I look forward to discovering even more from their menu. Highly recommended.

I recently tried this Thai spot and had mixed feelings about the food. The green curry was a disappointment—it lacked the rich, creamy flavor I usually expect, and the spice level felt off. It just didn’t have that bold, authentic taste I was hoping for.

On the plus side, the Pad Kee Mao was decent. The noodles were cooked well, and the dish had a nice balance of flavors, with just the right amount of heat. It wasn’t mind-blowing, but it was definitely better than the curry.

Service was okay, and the atmosphere was pleasant enough, but I left feeling like it could have been a better experience overall.

O for outstanding…this place is definitely one of my daughter and I favorite place for Thai food in the area……walk in and be greeted with a smile, your choice of where to sit large booths or table seating (it’s a little chilly but works out when you crank up the heat on the spicy Thai basil). We start with a Thai tea and the soup of the day, which was tom kha , rich and flavorful with just enough heat. My daughter chose the red curry with carrots, potato, and chicken…I got a level 3 spice spicy basil beef bento. Everything looked and tasted great…. portions are good enough to ask for “to go boxes”. Overall great place for a quick lunch.

Food was phenomenal. I ordered the bento box with red curry and it was delicious as well as the stuffed angel wings. I asked for a mild curry and they NAILED the heat. Just enough to kiss your mouth, but not dilute the flavors. Both servers working very inviting and made sure not only me, but every customer I saw was taken care. They made suggestions, asked questions about individual’s meal preference. It truly was a joy to have lunch there.

We dont ever dine in, but on average, we carry out maybe twice per month. The food is great. They are able to be highly customizable, yet maintain consistency, which many places struggle with. Thai Garlic is my go to with chicken and pork. Pad See Ew and Green seafood curry are also hits!
