This place was just absolutely embarrassing. I thought the design of having a sushi restaurant/bar was interesting but man was I wrong. Guaranteed we were sat down at our seats in 10-15 minutes, and they gave us our sushi rolls for free because of the long wait. (Still made us pay for the appetizer). Besides that… the one whole hour wait on food, the mediocre quality of the sushi, the obnoxiously loud music in the place, the attitude from the manager and waitress when we simply asked for why our food was taking an hour. All of it was just unprofessional and irritating.

The sushi was excellent. Possibly the best scallops I’ve ever eaten at a sushi restaurant. The nigiri sushi was topped very generously with fish, scallops, and octopus. Nothing smelled or tasted fishy.
5 stars for the food. The service on the other hand was very slow. Our server just didn’t seem very enthusiastic. Spending more time behind the bar chatting with her coworkers than attending to customers. I will definitely be back for sushi again.

Just want to start by saying ive order twice in the last week or so. First time i order and pick up myself everything fine food was fire. I order today and ask for delivery which i never do because i run into issue. Im getting a call from door dash person stating i dont have an order and manager on the phone stating no order me me when they took my money.
I said thats fine ill be up there to get my money back after work.
Getting another call and its the manager stating i have your order and it didnt have desiree but it had OO meaning online order, great im excited about my food.
I get my food and dont have my dressing for my salad, no plastic silverware, no teriyaki sauce and the food isnt good this time.
I will not be back after this. Thanks again

I had the pleasure of hosting a new years dinner at Sakari and had the best experience. They were very accommodating on allowing us to decorate the space. We had a large party but thanks to our planner/server Ramone we all had an amazing time! The team was super efficient, generous and made sure we were all taken care of. Looking forward to hosting here again!

Went for lunch with friends. It wasn’t busy. We were seated quickly. The staff are friendly. The menu has lunch specials and combos with pictures and descriptions. I ordered edamame and the chicken teriyaki bowl. It came with soup and salad. The miso soup was good. It was light and nicely flavored. The salad had a peppery cesar dressing. It was unexpected and out of place. I wouldn’t choose it again. The teriyaki bowl turned out to be oyster sauce based and not teriyaki. And it wasn’t even a good stirfry sauce. The chicken meat was like pre-chopped gyro stand meat. It was dry and difficult to identify in its very thick stirfry sauce; swimming in sauce. It’s a Chinese stirfry. It’s not a Japanese teriyaki bowl. I sent it back, and the staff removed it from my bill. I ordered a roll to replace the meal. It was fried. It was good-ish. I probably wouldn’t order it again. My friend ordered the edamame and dynamite crab. It was poorly batter-fried imitation crab sticks smothered in various sauces. The edamame were good. They were seasoned with tajin. I may return to try something else if I feel like eating generalized “Asian” food, but unlikely.
