Came during lunch and caught the full hibachi spectacle—complete with the legendary flaming onion volcano! Our Padawan was wide-eyed the entire time, loving every burst of flame and sizzling sound. The lunch special made it even better, saving a few galactic credits while enjoying top-notch food and fantastic service. Fresh veggies, tender scallops, and a chef with serious Jedi-level grill skills. We’ll definitely be back for another fiery feast at Saka!

Great food and service. Great portions for price. I would steer clear from deserts or drinks for that is where they really get you, tried mochi which was 2 small pieces for 6 dollars. But I split a 28 dollar meal with my fiancee and it ended up being a solid amount of food and cooked perfectly. They also gave us both our own soup and salads which is great on their part. Definitely a must go hibachi place

Had a wonderful time for dinner at Saka! The service was fast, the hibachi chef (name tag of Alan I think) was friendly and fun, and the food was great. Everyone in my party enjoyed what they got and I would 100% go again. For those that don’t like the noise and energy of hibachi there is a whole other side and they have great food options as well. Just opened 2 months ago, I’m really impressed by them!

We’ve been 3 times since they’ve opened. We enjoyed both the main menu and the hibachi experience. The rolls are fantastic and the chefs are fast, and the lunch combo is a great deal. Plan on making reservations for hibachi, but Allan put on a fantastic show and was great interacting with the kids at our station. They can handle all group sizes (up to 18 at a hibachi station). If you want dinner to be an experience, this is now the best place in Keene.

It has an urban vibe which I like. We sat at the sushi bar . Ordered soft shell crab, sashimi, chirashi and a seafood salad. We like our fish. Enjoyed with sake and finished with green tea mochi. The fish pieces were thick and good size. Presentation was spot on. Usually with the chirashi , the fish is placed over a bowl of rice . Not here.

I love this place it’s beautiful the food is awesome it’s fresh and very well executed I particularly like the tempura chicken, Coconut shrimp, and all the sushi that I’ve had there’s been great! Kevin, Shea and Iris are super friendly and it’s become a staple in my week. The hibachi is okay. The drinks are great!

I loved the decor and atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the food was very good, but heavy on the fish sauce. Some people like fish sauce, but I think it tastes like a goldfish’s bath water.

Very clean, and inviting dining space and the food was mostly good. Our cook did not give the same level of show as the neighboring cook or other Hibachi places I’ve been too. Our servers were almost non-existent after getting our waters.

I was pleasantly surprised. Had a lot of fun at the hibachi table, tipped well as it deemed appropriate. I don’t eat sushi, but there was a great selection of things on the menu that should satisfy most people. Recommend to try for yourself.
