The reviews for this restaurant do not do it justice. Nata, the GM does fantastic work and goes above and beyond. This was the original location, so the decor is fitting for the 24 years of the location, and the food is nothing short of delicious. Filet, medium rare, temp was perfect, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better Yum Yum sauce. Well done team! I was traveling through for work; and it was so good I came back for an encore the second night. Don’t sleep on the spot.

We celebrated our kids’ birthday here tonight and it was lovely. We did hibachi and it was great! It was a weekday during dinnertime and we didn’t have a wait. The chef gave us a good show and he was funny. I love how he asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. Then he would remember and incorporate it into the show.

The servers took wonderful care of us. And they even brought ice cream out at the end and sang for the kids.

Hibachi is a fun way to celebrate a special occasion, or really, for any time. The food was good. If possible try to tip the chef. We’ll be back next year if not before.

I am beyond disappointed. Just headed to Saito’s for a date night with my husband at the Saito’s location in Boynton Beach on Jog Road. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I have a dairy allergy, which I informed the server of immediately. She didn’t tell me that the rice for the fried rice was cooked with butter before it comes to the table. She also did not inform me that the chef would not cook my food without butter at the table, which many hibatchi places have done for me. Instead, the chef told me that he was unable to make my food separately on the table without butter. He began cooking food for the rest of the table at that point, breaking an egg on the table next to my husband that remained on the table for the rest of the meal. That was only cleaned once the chef was finished. The gentleman that cleaned it up, took my husbands napkin to do so, not replacing it, and sprayed cleaner next to his plate.

By the time he told the server to have the kitchen make my food, my entire table was more than half finished with their food before mine arrived at the table.

I asked for a manager, and was left standing at the front counter with no response. When I expressed my frustration, I was met with rudeness. The response from the restaurant was to take $8.50 off of my bill. At that point, I just wanted to leave. We provided the server with $50 in gift cards and a credit card for the remainder. Another server arrives to tell me that the gift card machine is broken and I can go use them at a different location; no one told us this when my server saw me take them out before we ordered.

When I asked for the manager once again, I was finally informed that she was not in for the night. This is no way to run a business.

I was charged $98 for this meal. I would like to speak with someone regarding this, as I do not feel that I was treated well at all.

Family and I have been dining at this Saitos since it opened more than 24 years ago. Their Hibachi cooks and wait staff are always pleasant and wanting to serve. The few guests I have taken that have sushi have all enjoyed it.

Overall, it was a great experience. The food was very good and the customer service was fantastic. Get there early. We got there around 5:45 and we’re the only ones. By 6:00 it was full.

My only complaint (it’s not much of a complaint) is that the “show” from the chef was shorter than I’ve seen from other places. So the entertainment could have been longer.

My family and I enjoyed it otherwise.

Great food and service. Went on mother’s day and expected to have a long wait and delayed food service but received the opposite! Our waitress was perfect. Food was hot and fast. Filet, shrimp and fried rice were all a hit. Will be back soon!

First time at this location. The hibachi dinners were delicious, but the fried ice cream was not good.

Eat in and the hibachi dinner comes with soup AND salad. Order take out and you only get one OR the other.

We have been going to the Saitos in Boynton Beach location for a long time. The sushi and hibachi have always been good and consistent. You can’t go wrong here.
