Local hibachi, celebrated my brothers 18th birthday since not alot of restuarants take a large group reservation ans they seem to and we went for it plus it’s what he wanted and our hibachi chef was awesome we had the back private room and it was fun. Food was made to perfection. Location is a cool strip mall. Restuarant located towards the back which had nice designs going on outside too! We had reservations at 8, left about 10ish and it was a vibe at all other restaurants too. There menu selection is alot of variety so good luck! But all the food was good. And all the servers took great care of our party thank you. There ginger salad dressing so good. I got shrimp and scallops hibachi over rice scallops were on point. Food wasn’t too salty or over marinated some chefs have a heavy hand. Will be back. I want to say it cost about 20-30$ per person for whatever dishes not including drinks had a bar in front. And good ambience good date spot. Fun.

First off, let’s start with customer service… the experience with the waiter was absolutely terrible, the passive aggressive remarks and undertone were not appreciated. I’m traveling from TX, and have to admit that some people are simply rude or lack manners. I’m a kind and hospitable individual. Love to smile and greet others with kindness, the energy here was not welcoming. I don’t like how we got different treatment and you could distinctly hear the change in tone when addressing the other ethnicity next to us. The hibachi personnel was not experienced, respectfully and I’ve had my shares of experience. We didn’t check the reviews prior to coming and that was my fault. I understand why this location has a 3.9 review. I truly wish this wasn’t our experience as we were celebrating my mother’s birthday and didn’t care to acknowledge it due to our experience.Oh the sushi, jade roll; terrible. Highly disappointed.

I don’t normally make these reviews but i was highly disappointed with this visit today. It’s Valentine’s Day so i made it a point to order my food over the phone to avoid the long wait in the restaurant. They told me that it was going to be a longer than normal wait time of 30 min which was fine. For context my husband and i come here 3-4 times a month either dinner in or place over the phone. I never complain of any inconvenience or delay. So i went in to pick up my order after the 30 min wait time to pick up my food. The girl comes back and said it’s not ready yet and ask be another 20 min. I told her i couldn’t wait since i have to pick up my husband and asked if there can be a discount for the inconvenience since i have to leave and come back to get it and it will be cold. She got the manager. I told him what happened and he went to check if the food was almost done. He comes back and said that he pulled my ticket because they haven’t even started it yet and that it would be another 30 min. I explained that im willing to wait but asked can there be some kind of discount, he laughed and said on a day like today he can’t. Its a busy day and that he can take my info and give me free fried rice in the future.i asked can he apply that to today’s order and he said no. Im trying to explain to him that he has 2 girls working the front, one telling customers 45 min and the other saying 20 min wait times and that is not only an inconvenience for me but other customers too. And that i did expect a wait and that’s why i ordered online and even came later to pick up the food since i knew there was a chance it wasn’t ready. I also told the girl it was ok if i had to wait a few minutes when i first got there. I worked in several restaurants on Valentine’s Day so i know how it is on those nights. And if i was going to be offered a discount in the future why couldn’t that be applied to tonight’s visit if i was gonna get it anyway?? This is just principle at the end of the day. As he said it’s Valentine’s Day and my husband and i just wanted a nice meal at home together tonight. Not next time we decide to come in. Which now we most likely will not be returning. Which is unfortunate

Lunch for a 10-year-old birthday party was wonderful. Our server was cheerful, efficient, and helpful. The chef was entertaining and perfectly cooked steak, chicken, shrimp and vegetables. They surprised our granddaughter with ice cream with a candle and sang Happy Birthday. A perfect birthday lunch.

I’ve been to a few Saito’s locations before but this one is my favorite due to its decor, restaurant layout, size and location. Unfortunately, during my dining experience, the place was very empty with only a few tables during dinner time on a Saturday. I’m not sure why because the service and food quality was great. My wife ordered a “Seaweed Salad” along with the “San Francisco Roll”. I’m not a huge fan of seaweed salad but she said that it was good. I tried her San Francisco roll and it tasted very fresh and was good. I personally ordered the “American Dream Roll” and it was equally as good with fresh avocado, cucumber, tempura shrimp, conch, mayo with eel sauce and sesame seeds. Simply tasty! The place was really immaculate looking in terms of cleanliness. Again, not sure why it wasn’t so busy because when I left, the few restaurants next door were quite packed.

We went for our company Christmas gathering and it was a great experience. We got a round of double shot tequila and the double filled the entire rocks glass. The hibachi chef we got was absolutely hilarious! Food was delicious and it’s so much fun watching it get prepared right in front of you. I will be returning with my kids.

We were very disappointed with the Coconut Creek location. There was no show or entertainment during dinner, and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. The person who took our food order was completely unfriendly. When one of the guests mentioned that the food was not cooked enough, the chef responded rudely, saying, “Why are you telling me now? I already finished cooking.” Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and we would not recommend this place.

The Good: at the Hibachi table, the Cook he followed his script and was friendly toward all 13 of us.
The Bad, prices on the menu have gone up, but the food portions were that of a kids meal. It would have been passable had there been more flavoring besides oil and soy sauce. (The Cook used what he had, cool guy). If I am paying near $100 for my meal it should taste more than mediocre.
THE HORRIBLE JENNIFER, felt like moving cattle.
What do you want to drink (quick, hurried).
What do you what to eat (quick, hurried).
You have questions ( it was like why you bother me)
If you care about customer service, DON’T LET JENNIFER SERVE YOU ( that is the name she uses for her customers)
WILL NOT RECOMMEND Service, Food, Venue.

This is a hibachi place food was good but what I would like to understand is why they don’t clean the tables and the hibachi itself is disgusting sitting and the view you have is old food stuck all around the table your appetite get lost when you see all that. Now I wonder why the saitos in Boca Raton Florida closed.
