Walking in this restaurant gives a moody feel the ambient lighting .
We didn’t want a full meal.

The decor of the interior is great, nice holiday vibe. Drinks were awesome as well. Can’t judge the food too much I only had the buttermilk chicken sandwich it was okay. Fries were good My 2 downsides would be that it’s cash only and the music was bad. There’s no reason why a sad song like “Only Time” – Enya, should be playing at cool bar like this on a Saturday night… lol. If they can work on the music selection would really liven the place up a bit. I would come back here though just because I did like the vibe inside (minus the music) and the drinks were great.

It’s been almost 2 years since I last been to Saints & Scholars, but it is still a great as it was then. The food and drinks are still amazing!!! The servers are always a delight. I will leave this review with just one more thing…Maple Bourbon Bacon!!!! Need I say more?

Tried this place out for the first time. The place was packed & we were able to get 2 seats at the bar. The inside was cozy and had a great vibe. Service was good. Drinks were excellent. Had the Mrs claus naughty martini and the porn star martini. The food was also excellent. We had the shrimp tacos and the short rib which was super tender. Only downside was that it was cash only.

We were looking for a place that we could get food after 10 p.m. and this place was Perfect. We had chicken pot pie, it was really good although I think the sauce could have been a bit thicker. Ambiance was fine we really just wanted to eat and grabbed a quick drink. I wouldn’t choose this place if you enjoy good cocktails. Service was good and bartender was friendly. Easy to find street parking.

Popped in on Sunday for brunch and football. Hubby had the buttermilk chicken sandwich with bacon. I had the burratta toast with truffle oil, lemon kale, home fries and side salad. Everything was very tasty and fresh.
We were thrilled to see Laura. She is a wonderful bartender. We know her from a previous Bronx restaurant where she worked.

This gem is located on McLean and let me say it’s a must go to bar. The food was amazing and the staff was even nicer. I have years living in the area and never stopped by and not sure why i didn’t. Def your perfect local bar and the decor inside is amazing. Only negative would be is cash only and in today’s world i personally never carry cash so remember that when going
