Food and service done right! We had the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. We also had seasonal drinks which were refreshing and complemented the menu. The food was prepared with care and thought. Finally a meat course with flavor! Usually the meat course in tasting menu restaurants lacks luster, but Sails managed to get this one right. Lastly, the passion fruit souffle was the perfect end to our meal. A real souffle – light, airy and with hints of passion fruit. We have been to all of the Michelin restaurants in Miami and Sails has nothing to envy them, in fact, much better than some with 1 star.

We were not crazy hungry, and decided to give Sails a go. Excellent service, good food. However, the only disappointment was we prefer a la cart menu, and because of that they offer seats on Bar. We end up spending almost similar amount, they were asking for selected chef tasting menu. The strange part I notice, most of the tables were empty. I still highly recommend!

If I had one word to describe Sails, it would be meticulous. There is so much to appreciate about this restaurant, which specializes in European Mediterranean cuisine. From the leather chairs to the marble, everything is obviously well thought out and intentional – and this certainly translates to the food. My visit was for brunch, which I would call an experience that begins with drinks upon check-in. The wait was not long (I had reservations), and we were quickly seated with almost immediate service. Both bread and pastry service were ongoing, and the glasses were never empty. The staff here is well trained, prompt, and friendly. I have to admit that I had six courses, and I still can’t decide which one I liked best. Everything was perfecly prepared with the highest quality ingredients. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in recent memory.

Went to Sails this evening to celebrate my birthday with family. One of the best restaurants I have been to and a truly wonderful dining experience. Everything was perfection from start to finish. All the recommendations from our very friendly and knowledgeable server were spot on. Such quality ingredients in every dish and the flavor … WOW.
