Plain, no decor. No atm machine. Ordered loaded chips, very dissatisfied, small amount of nacho cheese and a few sprinkles of shredded cheese, very little bacon, and the chips were over done, definitely not worth the price. Bartender was ok. Best part was after I paid my bill, the cook came and asked if I was allowed there, ive never been to not to be there,then told the cops were called on me. Take out the personal issues the cook had and i still wouldn’t recommend.

I’d give this restaurant a zero stars! Absolutely horrible experience! We walked into extremely slippery floors, so much so that the waitresses were holding on to the tables to walk. We could barely walk on the floors. There was absolutely noone to greet you when you entered. Staff could not find their two hostesses anywhere. They were yelling the F bomb, banging pots and pans and at one point a waitress and cook were arguing…. She was yelling the F-bomb the entire argument. Oh and this was all before we finally just picked a seat in the empty restaurant to sit down. Others behind us had already left because no one was coming to seat anyone. A waitress said she would be over ….. never came over. They finally found the hostess who informed us they didn’t have enough menus and we would need to share. Mind you it was not busy not even close to being busy. There were a total of 4 tables with customers . The only two waitresses were running around frantic! After 25 mins of not being waited on we finally got up and walked out. Absolutely horrible.
We use to frequent this spot often with the old owners …. So we know how service was prior to the new owners taking over. This place won’t last if they don’t get it together and quickly.

Stopped to get dinner tonight(Monday) with my fiancé and was informed kitchen was closed already at 7:15. Turned around and left. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Tonight was our first time there since the Dock changed to the Power and Sails. The menu has changed and no more Queen of Hearts night, but the food was great and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I’ll miss the Dock, but the Power and Sail overall experience was great.
