All‑you‑can‑eat Japanese restaurant that’s perfect for sushi and nigiri lovers (basically, rice lovers ). It’s not the best choice if you’re mainly after sashimi, but it’s still great value for money. The space is huge so there’s rarely any waiting, and the staff are very friendly. Dessert options are limited, but the ice cream and the red bean fritters are absolutely delicious.

Excellent! Been here 3 times with my husband. The FOH were very attentive. The food in my humble opinion is very tasty & fresh. The salad and seafood has good texture and smell. The restaurant is tidy & clean. Even the hallway to the bathrooms also neat & clean. The all you can eat style is almost $50 per person, pricey? Yes.
But the portions size were good. Food arrived not more than 10 mins. So you get your value back, for what you expected.

Keep it up, team ❤️

We’re so lucky to have this as our local Japanese restaurant. We go regularly and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, delicious, and there’s so much variety. The sushi and nigiri are amazing, and everything comes out quickly. The staff are warm, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. It’s so good – that’s why we keep coming back!

Saikyo is an easy-to-find all-you-can-eat spot in Williamstown, even for me who’s coming from the city by PT, the place was accessible and is about 14 minute walk from the train station. Everything is made to order are are of great quality. The sushi platter is a must-try, although the salmon sashimi is sliced quite thin, the sushi itself is flavourful and satisfying. We also tried their mocktails, and I loved how the flavours stood out without being overly sweet. One of my favorites was the beef cubes, but the desserts are equally impressive. Be sure to save room for treats like banana fritters, mango sticky rice, and taiyaki, the quality and taste are spot on!

Edit:
Forgot to mention that this spot is very kid-friendly. We went there on a weekend with 2 kids and there were quite a few tables with their kids too. A number of dishes are quite appealing to kids

I just had an amazing lunch experience at Saikyo Restaurant in Williamstown with a group of five today! Making a reservation online was a breeze, and when we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth. The ambiance struck the perfect balance—cozy, not too crowded, creating a lovely atmosphere for celebrating a special occasion.

The food? Absolutely delicious! Ordering through the QR code made it super convenient, and everything we tried was packed with flavor. I highly recommend this place. If you’re looking for a great dining experience, Saikyo is definitely the way to go!
