I recently visited Saiko Sushi Lounge & Hibachi and had a really good experience. The restaurant was very busy when I arrived, which is usually a good sign that the food and atmosphere are worth it.
I ordered the spicy edamame and the volcano fried rice, and both were excellent. The volcano fried rice also came with a fun presentation. The rice arrived wrapped in foil with a flame burning on top, and once the flame burned out, the foil was opened to reveal the dish. It added a nice interactive element to the meal and made the experience even more memorable.
Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal.
Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely recommend Saiko if you are in the area and looking for good sushi or hibachi.

My family and I decided to come here for dinner and we were beyond impressed from start to finish. The ambiance was absolutely perfect — the vibe and atmosphere felt upscale, classy, and welcoming all at the same time. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re having a special night out the moment you walk in.
The food was outstanding. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can tell real care goes into the preparation because every dish was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Not one complaint at the table — every bite was delicious.
And I have to give a special shoutout to Tom — he was hands down the best cook! You can truly taste the passion and skill in the food. He made our experience even more memorable.
We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great atmosphere, and an overall amazing dining experience.

Carl our waiter was wonderful and patient. The ambiance is beautiful. Food was on point. We had chicken pad tai, calamari and sushi and it was one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this place. They can accommodate large parties and have a hibachi area as well and a fantastic bar.

The service could use improvement but nothing unexpected for a relatively new restaurant. Host area could have had it more together. Kitchen didn’t send out some salads and edamame. But our Server was fantastic.
The ambiance was very nice, smooth holiday music playing in the background, against the sounds of hibachi behind us.
The highlight of the experience, as it should be, was the food. Crispy bok choy and short rib appetizers were incredible. Every sushi roll we ordered were equally as incredible.
The menu was fantastic so we can’t wait for another trip or two to sample more.

First time going with my family, took my daughter for her birthday. Beautiful inside, the service was a 10/10, The overall food was 8/10 because the hibachi could’ve used more seasoning. I do recommend and I we’ll be returning.

Food was delicious and service was up to par! We had the ThaiMeUp cocktail and a classic old fashioned to start. Later we had the short rib bao bun, which was portioned nicely and tasteful. We finished the evening by enjoying Sex on the Moon and Little Tuma Tower I loved every bite of it!
Would recommend this place for date night, girls catch-up or birthday celebrations. Music is great and so is the service!

The restaurant is brand new, beautifully designed, very spacious, and conveniently close to home—which is always a plus. We’ve been to many hibachi restaurants over the years, and I can confidently say this one is at the top of our list.
From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The hostess recognized me right away from my OpenTable profile picture—such a thoughtful and personal touch. Our server was excellent and made sure we had a perfect table with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The hibachi chef was fantastic—great energy, great skills, and the food was outstanding.
Everything came together perfectly: atmosphere, service, and food. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I wanted to take the time to share this review so others know this place is truly worth visiting.
