Saigon’s Garden in Seattle really impressed us. We ordered the goat noodle soup and the grilled broken rice pork chop, and both dishes were excellent. The goat noodle had clean, clear flavors, and most importantly, the meat had no gamey smell at all.

The grilled pork chop was another highlight. It tasted very similar to what you’d find in Vietnam: tender, well-seasoned, and paired with actual broken rice, which is a nice and authentic touch that you don’t always see.

Overall, a great meal with authentic flavors. Definitely a place worth checking out if you’re craving Vietnamese food done right.

I tried a few dishes here and all were tasty. I personally didn’t like the Bun Mam as it was too strong but other dishes like Banh Canh Cua, Bun Bo (and a few more that I forgot) are very good

This place was heaven sent. We wanted to try out another restaurant that was closed for lunch and we found this accidentally and happy we did. The pork chops were tender the white rice was flavorful and the spring rolls were fried to perfection. The steak was flavorful and cooked medium just the way I like it. I only wish I was hungry enough to eat pho too. Lol

Really solid Viet food! The short ribs tasted awesome — great marinade. Banh xeo was very tasty and large portions. Cafe sua da is very strong.

Stopped in for lunch once. Came back almost every day that week. Clean, fast, and wildly good. Pho broth is flavorful and balanced, the vermicelli bowls were SO refreshing on a hot day. The grilled chicken bowl was stand out. Service is kind and on it, easy parking.

These fresh rolls are amazing! Super fresh flavors, generous portion of shrimp in each roll, with crunch and herbs, and perfect peanut sauce! Very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.

The latest incarnation of Viet food in this space may be the best of all. We got takeout – the Saigon’s Garden Special (grilled pork, pork skin, grilled short rib, steamed egg cake over broken rice and topped with a fried egg). Also the Grilled Pork, Prawn, shrimp cake and egg roll vermicelli bowl. Both with a side of fish sauce (with mae ploy).

First of all, the smells when I opened the bag were lovely. Second, each to-go box was absolutely filled to the brim. And, third, besides the listed ingredients, each dish had plenty of fresh veg and herbs for garnish.

In an area loaded with Vietnamese restaurants, this may go on our “always good” list.

What a wonderful spot and a perfect stop after visiting Kubota Garden. The dining room was clean and spacious, and the service prompt and friendly. The bun bo hue was delicious and a welcome change from the salt bomb broths I’ve become accustomed to from Vietnamese noodle soups in Seattle. The flavors were nuanced and not too heavy or salty. I especially enjoyed the tender pork knuckle and the (homemade?) small meatballs flecked with what tasted and appeared to be makrut lime leaves. An easy place for kids – my 5 year old slurped up his plain pho.
