My son took me out to dinner. He knew I wanted to try out Saigon88. It did not disappoint. We got the fresh spring rolls. They were very fresh, and the filling and peanut sauce was really good. The rice paper was kind of tough though. So I just ate the inside, lol
We also both got the pork Bahn Mi sandwich. It was good. On the sweet side. Roast pork. Warm. The chef surprised us with an additional Bahn MI, the traditional Dacbiet. I loved it. Cold. Roll was fresh, and it was very tasty.
The best thing was the Phoenix Roll. Super fresh and delicious!
A word to the wise, they add quarted jalapeños to most of what we got. So by the end of the meal our noses were running and mouths were burning, lol. I may have asked to either leave them out or cut them back to half, but I left the ordering to my son and was unaware until it was a little late.
Overall, we really enjoyed our food and hospitality and will return to try some other dishes.

I have been craving Vietnamese eggrolls so bad so I expected to get Vietnamese eggrolls at a Vietnamese restaurant, but they were basic Chinese pork eggrolls. Not to mention the outside of them were burned in places. The place smells good when you walk in so other food may be good but these eggrolls didn’t make me want to explore further.

This place was fantastic! At first we were a bit disappointed when we arrived and discovered they no longer offered pho and ramen dishes, and then later learned the bulgogi fries were also no longer an option, but we settled on a pork bahn-mi and some tofu spring rolls. They were both delicious! We will certainly be back! Hopefully they bring the pho back, as the reviews seemed to indicate it was successful, but either way, this is a highly recommended place.

First time trying this today, and I ordered takeout. The food was great, I got the curry ramen bowl with chicken and a spicy tiger roll. They were both delicious and there was enough food for 2. The owner was very friendly and thankful for my business. He made me feel appreciated as a customer. I will order again and recommend to friends.

Great little spot for a quick bite. Sushi, Pho, and other good selections. Head up though they are not open on Sundays. So Sapporo down the road is a great back up for your Sunday Asain needs. Tha k you guys, keep up the great work

Awesome food, even better staff. They are friendly, personable, attentive, and caring. The Spicy Ramen and Pho are incredibly flavorful and delicious, the fresh spring rolls are exactly that, fresh and delicious. We visit multiple times a month and plan to keep coming back.

They are one of the best locations around to get a good, big Ramen Bowl. There are good quality ingredients and the food is very good. The staff make you feel right at home when you walk in. Very good service

this was my first time trying pho, and ive already been back a few times since! the beef pho is incredible, the broth is packed with flavor and i crave it at least once a week! ive noticed it helps with my inflammation as well. spring rolls with shrimp were so fresh n excellent in the pb sauce. 100% suggest you give it a try!

Inside is very small with some booth seating and only like 3-4 small tables.
You order at the register, they give you a number, a cook brings your food out, and even your done you put it in a bus tub next to a trash can. So no wait staff and you bus your own table.
