I got take out from door dash. One of the items were wrong but it was dealt with and I’ll try the spring rolls next time instead.
The subs are great! The lemongrass chicken is my favourite! All the ingredients are super fresh and mix well soooo perfectly together!
The bread is always fresh, with a crunchy outside and soft inside- the best bread ever!
Also the salad roll has mint in it which was cool and different than I’m used to!

Saigon Sub, the newest in town. The sub we ordered was so amazing. Starting from the preparation of the Sub till the serving was so out standing. The bread was so fresh crispy. The chicken Sub we ordered was so filling, the chicken inside was so flavourful, tender and juicy. the vegies were so fresh. Over all Sub was very good. The staff was so friendly and efficient. Thank you once again for the good experience offered. Keep up the good work.

We got a chicken satay sub. These used to be amazing and we haven’t been in quite awhile. We each took a bite and immediately wondered why it tasted like fish. Seriously, it was sooo fishy with the smell and texture of fish. It could have maybe been canned chicken but this was definitely not what we expected. So disappointing!

I really wanted to like this place. The service was very kind and friendly. Prices are average, not cheap but fair for the size of sandwich you get. But I ordered a veggie sub and it was very very salty and I couldn’t eat it. Perhaps I will try again, but first experience here was not a positive tasting one.
Edit- in response to shop’s response: it’s a kind offer and I would have come back had i not grabbed the sub on the run; I have had many banh mi veggie subs before, it is not a question of palate. There was way too much soy sauce and it was not evenly distributed. But I changed the star rating for your proactive response to my concerns. Thank you.

Great Subs for the price and very tasty. We had the lemongrass chicken and loved the flavour. Makes for a super healthy lunch, full of veggies and the staff is really friendly!

ZERO Stars!! I have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants and also love to cook the cuisine. This was by far the WORST service and EXTREMELY POOR food quality. Upon arrival I was asked if it was for one person aand then I was directed to find a seat. No hi or welcome. A girl came over and asked me ‘are you ready to order ‘. I ordered their lunch special which was a sub with spring rolls and a pop. I chose the lemongrass chicken sub with cheese and a pepsi. The spring rolls were cold and dried out. Then my sub came out and the gentleman serving it was the only one that said ‘is that everything that you need.’ The lemongrass chicken sub was soaked in sauce and the bread was extremely soggy. In addition the sub was very bland and barely edible. When I went to pay there was no greeting and there was no asking how the food was.
If you want EXCELLENT VIETNAMES

I have mixed feelings about this place.
Hear me out: the food is incredible. Crispy bread and veggies are great. The subs really are some of the best Vietnamese Subs I have had. And the Bubble Tea! Oh! It is so good – the boba is always perfectly cold and firm but not frozen and the consistency is creamy and delicious without fail…
But the service.
The service leaves a lot to be desired.
Don’t get me wrong – they are very friendly! But I have been a number of times and each time I go I wait… and wait… and wait… as the employees chat with each other, meander around, and generally take their time with every little movement.
The first time I went I thought maybe it was just an off or busy day, but the next few times my experience was identical to the first. Because of that, I’m only giving Saigon Sub 3 out of 5 stars. When the service is consistently slow, it’s disappointing… but at least the food is good!

We have gone here a couple times. Really great sub sandwiches. We got the lemongrass chicken. So good. They have really good Bubble Teas too. Mango is my favorite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced too.
