wanted to try a new vietnamese place and saigon spice was great! it’s a small cafe which also serves great vietnamese food. it was cozy and gave mom and pop vibes.
we tried their pho which has a much “stronger” flavour of pho which i prefer. rich, delicious broth, and big portions.
i ordered com suong (grilled pork with rice). i haven’t had this in so long. i’d wish it had more of a char on it but the flavor was great and it reminded me of my parents cooking.
we also got a the brown sugar milk tea and the boba was nice and chewy.
the staff were friendly and i definitely will be coming back to try other items on their menu!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and good food. Some of our food had a little spice to it, and some didn’t. Ask first if you don’t like spicy foods. The boba was decent. We all REALLY enjoyed the flavors. The portion sizes were good too.

My pork noodle dish should’ve had fresh herbs & bean sprouts. It was a bit bland. I poured fish sauce in the bowl to add flavor.

This place had good food and drinks.
I did have to wait a little while for the food but they were busy.
The food was fresh.
The drinks were my favorite.
The atmosphere was decent. I was mesmerized by the imagery on the TV.
I would eat here again and appreciated all the help of the young man taking my order and answering questions!
Try the bulgogi banh mi as well!

I googled this place and saw it had good reviews so I def had to stop in and try it. I got the basic pho since I was feeling a bit sluggish from going out the night before. There’s a kiosk to order with pictures and there’s also the counter if you like human interaction. The service was immaculate and it is reasonably priced. Let’s get down to the food.
The pho. I’ve been to a LOT of pho restaurants throughout my entire life also being born close to Westminster CA set the bar really high… Also being a Viet American doesn’t help either… The broth was slightly on the saltier side which some may no like it if you don’t like the salty flavor… Not me I love it. The broth was also transparent in color which I’ve been to places and the broth is cloudy which tells me this place really knows how to cook it properly. Upon finishing my noodles ive also noticed the liquid gold floating around in the broth… Again this place makes it with love and care. I def recommend it.
I also got the Vietnamese ice coffee. To each its own Vietnamese coffee all taste the same. You really can’t mess it up unless you don’t care. This place hits that standard of the ice coffee and I don’t have any complaints towards it.
Overall I give it a 5/5 best experience while on vacation here and after a chilly night on the harbor. To those reading this review after a night of drinking or a cold night this place is a must. The pho will fix you right up. And to the staff reading this you guys are awesome and made it really accommodating for an introvert like me to order food and enjoy comfortably. Thank you for the food

My absolute favorite place in Destin. I always enjoy trying new things here. My favorite drink is now the taro coconut slush. But definitely recommend stopping here! The workers are very sweet and make delicious foods and drinks.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Meat was extremely fatty/gristly (see photos) and all orders were missing the eggrolls that were supposed to come on top. We tried calling the restaurant numerous times to get it rectified but they never answered their phone. We kept getting redirected to a voice message that asked us to input a code. We tried for two hours until they closed and they never answered. Tried going through door dash to get a partial refund but they said there was nothing they could do. $100 down the drain for a very dismal dinner. Would NOT recommend!! In the first photo, it shows how much fat instead of meat they served – what you see in that photo is all fat and no meat. The second photo shows the total meat serving with yellow marks around all parts that were fat or gristle instead of meat. Total ripoff merchants that they’re charging $100 for this muck!!

This place is so good! I was craving Vietnamese food today and this spot did not disappoint. My mom had the bean curd bahn mi and I had the bean curd noodle bowl. The bean curd was so well seasoned, tender, and delicious on both dishes. Also love the huge selection of boba tea flavors. So good! So much better than Paris Bahn Mi!

The Pho is good. The thin meat is a better quality than any other place around here.
The Banh mi is excellent. I got a standard one with pork and it’s absolutely going to be at the top of my list for quick grab and go lunches. The pickled veggies and pork were delicious, and the baguette was perfect.
It’s also a great place to grab any kind of Boba tea. Lots of good customization options and tastes really good.
