Went to Saigon Soul Vietnamese Restaurant for the first time. Decided to go here for Mother’s Day and family time. Ordered Vermicelli Noodle with Grilled Pork, Crispy Tofu, and Fried Calamari. Super delicious and very fresh tasting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it !!!

The staff was great! They were very attentive the moment you step into the building. Very quick to take my order and my food seem to have come out quick as well.
I love a place that is very mindful about the customers in their restaurant so this is a big deal. I’m done.
I got the bun Bo hue. You’re not able to adjust the spice level, but that’s OK. It was still good. However, the noodles weren’t as soft as I was expecting them to be.
The broth was really good. Usually, I don’t finish all of the broth, but this time I couldn’t stop slurping out of my spoon..
One thing I noticed is the Sriracha seem to taste a little different from Sriracha I’ve had in the past I’m not sure if there are different types of Sriracha, but it looks like the typical Sriracha.
There was plenty of parking. They have big windows in the front so you can see your car while you eat.

Came here for Bun Bo Hue cuz today was a bit cold. However, the server told me they just added a new dish ‘Pad Thai’ to the menu, so I gave it a try. It was so good I had to order another one to take home.

The pancake was crispy on the outside and full of fresh veggies and shrimp inside.
The dipping sauce was flavorful and balanced perfectly.
Staff were friendly and the place felt cozy.
