The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of comfortable booths as well as long tables for large groups. This place is a GEM. Nice surprise in Cleveland’s famous E 4th street alley. Very close to Progressive and Rocket Mortgage. It was a very busy night with both Cavs and Guards playing. Seating and service was very fast and friendly. Ordered the standard Pho and summer rolls and they were spot on. Highly recommended if you want something different after a night out in downtown Cleveland.

You know it’s gonna be iffy if you wait ten minutes to get the server to take your order and you have to ask her name because she is too frazzled to be polite. Then wait an hour for food to show up. Pho. One hour later. Then she tried to grab my credit before I checked the bill. It was tagged for 20%! For me and my three girls. Not a huge party of people. If you get Vanessa as your server, check your bill. Not coming back.

Always delicious, fresh food and friendly staff. If it’s sweater weather try the Pho – you won’t be disappointed. But all other times, the B7 rice noodles with fresh veggies, grilled pork and shrimp, and spring roll is my favorite! So delicious!

The FOOD is is good but not great. I like to grab few appetizers and few main dishes to share and that’s what we got. Crispy spring rolls and summer rolls were ok. Charbroiled a primo Bun was lacking flavor. Beef Bun Xao had good smoky flavor and it was my favorite
Service was good but they do add 20% gratitude to the bill without any notice. I am not saying that it’s too much for great service. But 20% mandatory tip for mediocre service is too much. Our server brought us two rounds of beers, few dishes of food and never made it back to check up on our table. So in my opinion tacking on 20% is RIDICULOUS.
