Yikes. How is this ranked so high?
1) My chicken and rice plate was delivered to me maybeeee 4 minutes after ordered. Not fresh. Not lemongrass. Not “spicy” as advertised either. It was the hardest rubber chicken I’ve ever eaten. It tasted microwaved. It was not even grilled, just rubbery boiled(?) and then microwaved tasting chicken.
2) The tofu salad roll was anticlimactic.
3) My partners combo “fried” rice plate also appeared heated up the same way and just as unappealing.
This place either buys its reviews, or has got to be a front of some sort.
I told the server and he still charged me full price, no apology or anything. My partner said he’d eat the food later, but he agreed it also wasn’t worth the money.

The special beef soup is delicious but the coffee and some other things that we ordered were just perfect. Everything was good!

Love their rice dishes, pho is okay. I usually get their Saigon Hot Pot (highly recommend it)if you like rice bowls than this is the dish for you. Service is pretty decent, they’re always busy when I go in but the wait time for your food is fairly quick.

Still a solid 3 stars. Food was slightly bland for my taste buds but I still ate the whole thing with the help of soy sauce. Service was mediocre this time around and noticed the prices had gone up.
Haven’t been here in two years. Probably will be another two years if my favorite pho spot is packed like it was today. I’d recommend this restaurant over most Vietnamese cuisine in Clark Co. but def not my go-to.

Great local place to get quality Vietnamese and Thai dishes. The outside doesn’t look like much and is not located in the best area in town; however, the inside is pretty clean and well-maintained. Not fancy, but has a great vibe. The employees are nice and provide fast service. Also, they do well with mixing their flavors into the food. I highly recommend their lunch specials because they’re all well-priced. Their lemongrass chicken is particularly tasty.

Been coming here since I was a kid and it’s always so delicious. The food comes out insanely fast and it’s so fresh. This time I had the chicken pho and tofu salad rolls with an iced mango green tea. All of it was tasty and the service was great as usual. Thank you Saigon for serving me and my family for many years

They do not skimp out on portions, I got a large eye of the round soup, and 2 deep fried veggie rolls with sweet & sour sauce instead of fish sauce.
I’ve tried many pho places with my husband and we both agree for the portion, price, & taste…. This place is absolutely the best.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. We had a group of 6, and they made quick accommodations for us to seat us right away. After making our order, we received our food pretty quickly. Once we received our food, it was amazing. The gentleman that took our order was such a sweetheart and very attentive. The older man was joking around with my daughter and made them giggle, and they felt comfortable. My girls definitely approved.

The worst restaurant for Vietnamese, or Thai food, I ordered Pho noodle soup with only tendon and they gave me cooked meat from other dish with bunch big pieces as you can see in the pictures and the broth was very less. The taste was OK but then entire soup was made very poorly. I wasted my time and money never going back to this restaurant I will not recommend at all.
