Went a few months ago and let me say I would never forget the greatness this restaurant has. First time experiencing Pho and wow such flavorful delicious dishes. I can’t remember the name of this dish it was full of mushrooms and cilantro and noodles so darn good

Entering the restaurant the colors of the walls immediately throw you off, poorly chosen colors and decorations immediately show that it’s a mistake. The walls are at least 5 different colors and there are seashells glued to the wall.
The waitress was very nice, and she is the only reason that they receive 2 stars from me.
I had the special Vietnamese beef plate with fried rice, and you can literally hear them put it in the microwave, this place is great if you enjoy microwaved food, when the food itself comes out the meat in no way reminds of a Vietnamese dish, and smells more like a Chinese pepper steak, the meat was very red and it was cold. Coming from a Vietnamese family the food was very disappointing and I will not be visiting again.

I just ate there and let me tell you, these people are serving spoiled foods. After Hurricane Matthews, I’m sure the business has beeb suffering do to location and quality of foo. But I just got home and spend 10 minute in the bathroom vomiting. You just don’t serve spoil food to new or old customer this place need to be in kitchen nightmares with Gordon Ramsay yelling at all of them. Place need to close for good. Sorry but looking at your rating and past comments doesn’t seem like these people are going to grow this business. Big changes need to happen yesterday.

The server was friendly, however, the food was TERRIBLE! Me, my husband and my mother inlaw and father inlaw came to this restaurant. My husband and inlaws are Vietnamese and usually eat just about anything. The bean sprouts were so slimy and boarderline rotten that even my mother inlaw was afraid to eat them (most rotten things do not gross her out). They all 3 got pho and were very disappointed in the flavor and the garnishes that came with them. I had the pad thai. I strongly recommend that you don’t eat that either. It tasted like someone dumped a bunch of table salt on it and the after taste was really bitter and took 3 mints to get thag taste out of my mouth.
The cook messed up my inlaws orders but the server was very nice and offered to get it fixed. I do not recomend this place if you want good tasting food.

Used to be my boyfriend and I’s little secret local place. I guess the old owners sold it and now it is not good. Tofu and meatballs are both poor quality now. Pho noodles are thin and cheap, and service was terrible. I will not bring my business here anymore

This place was terrible… Most pho places put raw meat into the stock once it is ordered and this makes the meat amazingly tender and not dried out. This place has bad pho. I got beef, my fiance got shrimp and somehow both meats were dry(inside of soup?). Pho is usually greasy, as well, but this seemed overly greasy in my opinion. There is one solo server on Saturday, I felt bad for her and waited until I was done eating what I could for a second drink, which was a smoothie that was made of pure cream, I think? (Thats what it tasted like). The smoothie was really bad and watery. The spring rolls were the only thing I enjoyed but I can make them at home. Please don’t put pre-cooked dry meat into pho please.

Im debating on posting this as I can see how this could get abused. This is directed to any potential customer that may want their food delivered. Be forewarned abuse it and everyone looses….. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
I used to order delivery from them via ZipIt all the time. It’s been a while since I’ve had my Saigon Pho Bistro fix. I decided to take a chance and call to see if they would deliver to me being less than 4 miles away. I told them that I would tip the a driver generously. They were in the middle of lunch rush. I didn’t mind waiting a bit. They abliged.
*Please Note that this isn’t the norm for them as they are a small business with very few employees. I wouldn’t make it a habit to call them to deliver.
**I’m hoping that ZipIt will start delivering for them again soon. I understand it’s a new menu issue. Hopefully it all gets resolved soon.
***I hate to ask a non delivery place to deliver but if you do be kind to their time and driver and make the order worth their time.
I personally am a huge fan of the Mi Ga Luon (White Meat Chicken with Egg Noodles). It’s really good. Saigon Pho Bistro went above and beyond for me and I will take care of them in kind.

My family have come here for Pho since they opened and their food is delicious. Let me say I know the people who gave bad reviews are uncouth people not worldly and dont appreciate how to use the Asian sauces, and accutraments and would be more satisfied with going to MacDonald or KFC for their meals

This place is okay, not one of the best pho restaurants I have been to but not bad either. Services is good. I got the pho Saigon Special. They didn’t serve that much vegetables with it and they didn’t have the chili sauce but the did have Sriracha and hoisin sauce. Over not bad.

Very disappointed. Overpriced and deceiving. Ordered summer rolls, picture showed shrimp, got nothing but a lettuce roll. Papaya was overpriced, super small serving. Not recommended at all.
