The Saigon Pho brisket, tendon and steak was so flavorful and filling. Pure yumminess!

Pho lover here. Great people, mediocre food. I ordered P2 pho. The one with ribs. I was surprised at the size of the ribs at first. But not much meat mostly bone. And brisket and meatball were a bit chewy. Broth was too sweet-ish. The broth needs a bit more depth.

Our first time here, I had pho (with added tripe) and it was super light and impressively flavorful. The egg rolls were very tasty too.
