The new iteration of Saigon Pho is disappointing. The $10 bánh mi sandwich doesn’t even use bánh mi bread! No patê nor Vietnamese meats. Just generic sweet ginger barbecue pork (not char siu) with cilantro and unpickled carrots in a generic French roll.

Worse place and worse customer service. I order a yellow beef noodle dish. It was sooo good that I came back to order the same dish again the next day BUT but … they switched up the noodle and the paper container that it was in leaked at bottom. I called to let them know and the guy on the phone was an *sshole. Insist I ordered the wrong item. Listen even bother to hear me out or address the leaking container . If u are not able to work with customer calling with concern. Work in the back of the house .

Seriously disappointed! Use to live in the area and was coming back in to try their authentic cuisine, sadly mistaken. Should be on kitchen nightmares. You do not need a Vietnamese Restaurant and BBQ restaurant combination just get rid of the Vietnamese entirely, it’s seriously disrespectful to the food and culture. Place was empty at lunch no wonder, veggies were sad and old, everything was served in plastic I could’ve made this better at home, bathrooms were filthy and you know what that means when it comes to the kitchen! SMH Everything the previous restaurant and food is completely erased do not come here expecting that experience it is no longer possible. Will not be back. Poor customer service greeting was as if they were too bored to even take our order. Again just so completely disappointing.

Idk where to begin. We tried going to panera first but nobody was there to serve us. Then we found this place that my husband wanted to try, which I regret immensely. It was so loud! There were no servers walking around either. Then when the food came out it was not good. The meat tasted bland/thawed from frozen (what little there was) and there were gnats in the bean sprouts. Just all around poor quality and was not nearly filling enough.

Every time I order from here, I get reminded why I eat at other Vietnamese restaurants. My order always gets mixed up or like tonight, 1 item was missing and the basil is old and wilted, the sauce is old and dry. They don’t put bok choy in their pho. The noodles tonight were soggy in the styrofoam

This place used to be the best pho spot and sadly it’s now the worst! Like everyone says this place had changed hands and they really lost touch. Spring rolls for $8 is insane, pho served in a disposable bowl with plastic spoon(combo no longer includes tripe or tendon, but same price and smaller). Zero decor or ambience…. Very sad.

Pho was over spiced, too much Clove and anise flavor. Pho Tai beef was not served rare like it should be which was a huge disappointment. Cilantro was spoiled, way too many scallions cut too thick as well. Very disappointing
