It was a cold dreary day, perfect pho weather! I had the pho special (#1) and it was pretty good. It hit the spot. The spring rolls were good.
Afterwards we went to the Asian market next door. It had a lot of the Asian food that was hard to come by.

Me and my husband love this place. It’s always quick and delicious and hot. Ithe bahn mi and cold shrimp spring rolls taste great and fresh as well as the hot spring rolls. I only took a picture of the pho, but everything is always awesome! I always get P9.

I like pho broth that’s clean and light, not too heavy, and that’s exactly what they serve here. The pho portion is on the smaller side so I usually order fresh summer rolls with my pho. The noodles are always chewy and soft. Every time I’ve visited, there’s been the same couple running the place. They are so kind and hardworking and it really shows in the service. The restaurant itself is spacious and I’ve never had to wait for a seat.

Love Cháo Vịt aka Duck porridge, and the salad. Pho is ok. Banh mi is not bad. Com tam the meat is not seasoned well unlike in Vietnam. I mean they have a huge menu especially the authentic Vietnamese food. The only issue, take forever for the food to come out. Even they say sorry but man I was hangry just wait for the food Bà chủ cần thue thêm người, đồ ăn ngon mà ngồi chờ lau quá.

We wanted Pho and our normal shop was closed for vacation so we showed up on a Sunday eve around 5:45 .. The parking lot in front was full of cars….not a soul at any tables. Not a good sign. Ordered combo Pho… hubby said just ok. I ordered cold Vermicelli with grilled pork. I received Lemon Grass beef. Which came out in about 60 seconds. Again .. not a good sign to me. It may have been grilled prior and put in fridge but when it got to me it was doused in a soy(?) based sauce, noodles and veggies were good and as expected. The eggroll was dry and bland. The restaurant was clean. Two table did get patrons while we were there (about 45 minutes.)

The restaurant is located in a strip mall. It is not super fancy however comfy! The plants are nice inside. The tea is really good. The food is excellent! The combination fried rice has tender meat and flavorful sausage; the pho is really light and yummy!

I’ve finally found my “go-to” spot for some AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food. Everything was served fresh, piping hot, perfectly seasoned and the customer service was phenomenal. The veggie spring rolls were light and crisp, the roasted duck was tender & moist, and the Bún bò Hué was rich & flavorful. I went in not too long before closing and was greeted with warm smiles; it felt nice not to be rushed through my meal, to be allowed to truly savor all of the flavors. I will definitely be a returning customer; I’m already planning my next visit! If you want some authentic Vietnamese cuisine with excellent customer service, look no further.

Saigon Pho is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the RDU area. They consistently deliver amazing food, and I’ve never been disappointed. I always go for the pho, which is the best I’ve had in the area. It’s perfectly seasoned with a great balance of herbs, spices, and beef bone flavor, plus the portions are generous, and the toppings are plentiful—definitely 5 stars. The Vietnamese iced coffee is equally impressive, easily another 5-star item.
The hospitality and service are always great. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I appreciate the hard work from both the front and back of house. Thank you!
