The food is amazing. Please never change the wor wonton soup, it’s so healing. I love it. I tried the crispy eggrolls and they are very crispy and delicious. The atmosphere is nice, better lighting would be nice, but besides that it is welcoming and a great place to enjoy a great meal. I have dined in, but I am half blind so lighting does affect my eyes and the way they package the food it tastes just as great.

This restaurant is an absolute disaster. I have never had a worse experience in my life. The food was terrible, the service was nonexistent, and the staff’s behavior didn’t even come close to basic standards. It’s as if nobody has any idea what a customer expects—and they clearly don’t care. Chaos, neglect, and rudeness were present throughout my entire visit.
If I could, I would give it negative infinity. My time, money, and energy were completely wasted, and the experience left me frustrated and disappointed beyond words.
If you have even a shred of self-respect, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. This restaurant is not worth a single visit and has zero respect for its customers.

Food is 5/5. I ordered pho and it was delicious, family ordered some other dishes and they were also very good. I’d give it 5 stars but our server only checked in on us once to take our orders and had a foul attitude. After that he sat down and was on his phone the whole time. We were the only ones in the restaurant so it’s not like he was busy running back and forth doing other things. This ruined the experience for us but if you don’t mind the bad/lack of customer service, it’s a clean restaurant with good food.

Worst service ever. The adult man who runs the front is the least service forward person. We were not treated well and other customers of similar racial/cultural background to his were given priority attention. We walked in before two other customers and both their orders were taken before ours.
The staff are all lovely otherwise. The atmosphere was fantastic, no music and a simple clip of them making food on one tv.
The food was okay. We will be trying other vietnamese food in Modesto.

Hi hungry fans, today I visited Saigon One Vietnamese Restaurant on Carpenter Road. I ordered the Duck Rice Plate. A nice portion of Duck, Rice and Bok Choy. It was tender, juicy and with a Black Bean Sauce. The take out order was ready in ten minutes and the staff was pleasant. They have another restaurant on Oakdale Road in the Plaza where CVS is. So those hungry should order halfway through your shopping at Costless Supermarket and your order will be ready when you leave the store. Happy eating and stay safe and well.

I have had 2 negative experiences at this place with the same server. First time he came several times to the table before we were finished with our meals and asked for payment. I had to stop eating to give him payment. And on the second occasion it was the opposite we asked for the check and they did not Want to bring it to the table. I had to ask several times for the check to be brought to the table. I’m jot sure what the servers problem is. But him in particular is making it hard for a pleasant dining experience. I like the food but have decided to dine elsewhere.

The workers speak very little English and didn’t understand exactly what I wanted.
They gave me the wrong Pho, and they couldn’t understand when I told them I wanted a milk tea. They were out of boba pearls even though it was 2 pm. We weren’t able to get 2 of the drinks for that reason.
I don’t think I’d come back again.
