We ordered take out and everything was absolutely delicious. Fresh and well put together, I could use more meat to my liking, however it’s understandable that the meat ratio is not what the dish is about , the food was 10/10 highly recommended.

Great food, and great service from our server Joe. Wife and I both had enjoyable bowls of Pho, our daughter went off her own direction and had fried rice. Everything came out as ordered, (wife and I didnt want onions, so our special instructions were honored). Food was delicious. Joe tried to tempt us into ordering Thai tea, and provided small samples to all three of us, but with the cold weather we took a pass. Samples were good, maybe next time.

I consider myself a Pho aficionado have slurped savory broth all over the country. I liked the broth for not being oily but it could have used some more flavor. The boodl s were cooked perfectly and there was a good amount of protein in the large bowl. I will try this little family owned shop again.

I came here today, and I literally love the place they had the best Pho, it’s so fresh and delicious I asked for Extra Veggies, and they gave me w hole bag of them I told them I didn’t mind paying for extra but damn lol. They hooked me up! The customer service was amazing, and they were so nice from the moment I got there till I left. Me and my cousins went to just get a Togo order, and it was quick and perfectly timed. So, If you are local or in the area and want fresh food and Pho I highly recommend stopping by here.

Walked in and sat down for lunch. Ordered the Pho Ga. The portion size was enormous. The service was great. The Pho Ga was outstanding. I recommend this place to anyone.

Saigon Noodle House is amazing!! This wonderful restaurant is located in Merrillville, Indiana. The vegetables were fresh, the broth was seasoned so well, and the beef was really good. I appreciate the service and how hot my meal was when it got to the table. The atmosphere was standard but very clean. Pho is now my favorite go-to. The pork and shrimp egg rolls were mouth-watering, the peanut sauce was amazing, and the vegetables were crisped. All of the fixings are at the table to make your Pho experience wonderful. All in all, Saigon Noodle House is an all-time favorite in Indiana!

Everything was ok. We order the number 4 egg noodles. They said its a beef broth and we dont eat pork. But we saw like a tiny crispy meat, and when we asked he said pork but when we surprised he said its beef. So i dont know 🙂

My husband and I drive some ways to come here, we absolutely love the pho. The spring rolls and potstickers are so delicious. Our server today was joe and he was friendly, and always checked on us. We WILL be back soon.

Their Pho was delicious, wasn’t initially expecting all that flavor but it was packed with it! I’m giving 4–stars, because they were out of a lot of foods- including rice and the crab rangoons didn’t have much crab in them.

But overall- great food that could be easily overlooked!
