After being under the weather (probably because of the weird weather), my sister and I went here for some pho. Got the brisket and flank. It was amazing! The broth was so good. The bowls were as large as “large” implied, the other ingredients were fresh and the meat was great. Service was fast and lovely, resto was clean and nice. All around great experience.

Today I visited the Vietnamese restaurant Saigon Bowl.
The inside of the restaurant looks amazing—very clean, modern, and welcoming. There’s plenty of parking available, and it felt family-friendly overall.
I would suggest adding a little background music to help create a more comfortable ambiance, as it felt a bit quiet.
Unfortunately, my experience with the food wasn’t the best. The meat in our dish was raw, which made the meal unpleasant. It also made my wife uncomfortable when someone from the kitchen came out several times to check on us—it felt a bit odd and intrusive.
The prices were on the higher side for the portion sizes we received.
Great potential in the atmosphere, but there’s room for improvement in both food quality and service consistency.

The honey chicken was as good as everyone said it was! The chicken was perfectly fried and the sauce was the perfect amount of sweet!
Also the pho was really good. We will definitely try again!

The bowls here are the target when we come. Excellent! I’ve wondered off and tried the shaken chicken, as well as the honey chicken. Both are delicious! This restaurant has made it onto the list of places we like to return to! Yum!

Came here for lunch with my husband. I got the crispy seafood noodles while he got the pho. The noodles were pretty good, but I thought the pho was okay. It’s not the best, but its decent. The atmosphere was great. The restaurant was big with a lot of seating, & the staff were friendly. I also got the honeydew slushie with boba. It was good.

Huge portion of food. They have tofu, which makes it a good option for vegetarians. Had their Tofu & Vegetables with Fried Noodles. It was different but tasty.

Have never had any major issues with this restaurant until tonight (11/22/24) when we were preparing our take-out items at home.
Unfortunately, while assembling one of the pho bowls, there was a cockroach underneath the noodles. Needless to say, it was startling and now I can’t imagine what is going on in the kitchen since if there’s one cockroach, there are definitely more.
I have provided photos of what was in our to-go box.
This is in no way meant to be malicious or to disparage the restaurant but to rather give future patrons, and whoever is in charge, a heads up. Hopefully, they will see this review with the pictures and do what needs to be done to assure cleanliness and proper food safety.
